Cette belle maison a Ă©tĂ© complĂštement mise Ă  jour de fond en comble. DĂšs que vous entrerez dans Just For The Halibut, vous remarquerez les planchers de bois franc sur mesure. Le salon dispose de canapĂ©s confortables (l'un est un canapĂ©-lit) et d'un Ă©cran plat 65 pouces, l'endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre. La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e d'appareils en acier inoxydable ainsi que d'une cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz! Notre cafetiĂšre Keurig est un excellent moyen de commencer la journĂ©e! Si vous prĂ©fĂ©rez cuisiner Ă  l'extĂ©rieur, vous trouverez Ă©galement un coin cuisine extĂ©rieur dotĂ© d'un barbecue Ă  gaz et de beaucoup d'espace pour Ă©taler votre prochain chef-d'Ɠuvre de barbecue. Trois chambres principales ont toutes des lits king. Il y a aussi une chambre avec lits superposĂ©s. Tous les lits sont Ă©quipĂ©s de mousse Ă  mĂ©moire de forme et toutes les chambres disposent d'un Ă©cran plat.

Homes est livré avec 4 vélos pour adultes, une glaciÚre et des fournitures de plage pour que vous puissiez passer une journée à la plage!

Ne vous inquiétez pas d'emballer le sÚche-cheveux car chaque salle de bains est équipée d'un. La maison dispose également d'une planche à repasser.

This home was AMAZING, very, very clean and nicely decorated! It exceeded our expectations on every end. Much larger than what it looks like in the pictures. Home was fully furnished with everything that you would need for a perfect vacation. Pool was also a bit bigger than expected and was enough for my family of two adults and two teens. In a perfect location - just a short walk from the beach (literally), many restaurants and Publix. Be sure to stop by and try South of Philly 30A - so GOOD! Can be to local shopping in Destin and Panama City in less than 30 minutes. If you are looking for a clean, spacious and well kept property for your next vacation, you must give Just For The Halibut a try. You will not be disappointed! Would without a doubt book them again!

The house was a great size and plenty of room and very clean. Pool is very small and not much room for more than 3-4 kids. The beach entry for the property was a public beach which can be very crowded at times.

Wonderful property, issue with upstairs air-conditioning got fixed right away. Really liked this location in Santa Rosa and property has pretty good proximity to the beach - about 10 minutes to walk it. The bikes were in good shape and a wonderful addition to the trip! There are lots of shops and restaurants close by as others have said. Overall, we had a great week and really enjoyed the property - will consider staying again.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, grocery store, restaurants and beaches were close. We rented a golf cart for the beach- we liked the one a little East on 98 by Goatfeathers instead of the closest access. The pool was perfect for our little family. Make sure to get extra paper towels, toilet paper and beach chairs! 10/10 would stay again!

Absolutely Wonderful!

We loved the house and it really exceeded our expectations as far as the pictures online. It was super clean and any issues we had were handled promptly and the management was super easy to work with throughout our stay. We brought our two teenage sons and a bunch of their friends for Spring Break and it was a PERFECT house for them!! We would rebook in a heartbeat!

We had a blessed & awesome stay my Dad who just made 93 was with us & my sister & husband from Oregon came & my hus & my our best friends stayed with us. Came down here for my cousin’s Wedding & couldn’t of asked for more. The house was exceptionally beautiful & clean with great amenities & location was a plus! Perfect getaway

A great vacation. The house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone, the pool was a great touch as well. The house was well appointed, and the location was central to all that you need. All in all, this is a must if you're considering this house. The rental agency was incredibly accommodating as well. all in all - fantastic week.

Memorable Experience

Great house for a family with younger children. The small pool was a hit with our 4 and 2 year olds. The house is spacious and comfortable. The location was close to restaurants and shops and a 9 min walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Great stay - could be improved though

Pros - location is close to beach, house is genuinely very nice and nicely decorated, bbq was good, AC worked well and pool was perfect for us. Rooms are all a good size and mattress comfortable. Garage had 4 nice bikes, lots of sand toys for kids, 3 coolers, good beach cart. Opportunities to improve for future guests - with a bit of investment it would go a long way. It's a 4bedroom house but only has 2 loungers in the back yard without any cushions, +only 2 plastic Adirondack chairs, no umbrella in backyard . We have a baby who naps so we were looking forward to hanging by the pool but it was a bit lacking. An outdoor speaker would have been nice too. There are also curiously only 3 beach chairs, and they are very economical looking. I would love if the owners/managers would upgrade these. The pillows on the beds are very flimsy, if you have the opportunity to bring your own I would have. Overall we had a great time staying at this house and would do it again. A bit of investment would have saved us some money on renting items while we were there and had a better backyard setup - but again the basics (location, quality of home) made it a positive experience.

Great family vacation

The first thing we noticed when we walked in the door was how spacious and open it was. It is beautiful with high ceilings, and looks even better than it does in the photos. We had a large group (family reunion trip) of 7 adults and 3 little kids, and there was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy ourselves. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, so the location is great. We did encounter an issue with the linens in one of the rooms (the bunk room) not being clean/changed. We didn’t notice this until we were getting ready to tuck the kids in, so by the time we called it was too late for someone to come change the sheets. The info on the property said there would be at least one extra set of linens for each bed, but there were none for the bunk room, only the king size beds. We had to adjust and make do with some of the stuff we luckily had in the car until someone was able to come by and change the bedding the next morning. They were really nice about it, but I would recommend that anyone staying here check the bedding as soon as you get there in order to avoid having to wait. Other than that issue, everything was perfect, and we all had an amazing time.

Excellent Home Away From Home

Always enjoy staying in Santa Rosa as this is the neighborhood we have frequented a dozen or so times over the past few years. This house checks all of the boxes. Comfort, proximity to all of the attractions, and relaxing to mention a few. We did rent a golf cart to make the commute to the beach and restaurants/bars a little shorter, but is not a necessity given the proximity of the property to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Loved this property!

We have stayed in the Santa Rosa Beach area several times and this is by far the best rental we've had. We enjoyed everything about this property. It was clean and well equipped. The location was great, walking distance from the beach and several restaurants. Had to reach of to the property manager twice (couldn't figure out the pool alarm on the back door and string light fell a bit during a storm). They were professional and responsive both times. We will definitely be back!

Great house, fantastic location - close to beach!

This was a great property for us and our dogs. The house was very clean and a 5 min walk to the beach. The plunge pool was great to dip in after a long day at the beach! My only complaint (which really isn't one) is that there weren't beach towels - and I may have missed this when we booked - so we had to buy. Otherwise, the house had everything we needed! Definitely recommend and we have very high standards. Thank you!

Family Beach Vacation

The house was the perfect size for my family, my brother-in-law’s family and my mother, which totaled 10 people. The location was perfect for dining out, shopping and the beach. Definitely would consider staying at the same location again.

This home is perfect. Fabulous location located on the west end of 30A. Plenty of walkable shops and restaurants. The pool is an added bonus and the home is pet friendly! Sand Dollar rental company went above and beyond to help with our bike problem. Highly recommend!
