The bedroom straw carpet was uncomfortable. The linens and towels were in worn condition and the bathroom tile floor grout was dirty. Having a larger television I. The living room is a recommendation.

This was our second trip to Santa Rosa Beach and our second time to stay at Gulf Place Carribean. Your property was very nice and well kept. We had all the amenities that we needed. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated that it was heated. We love that the beach is just a short walk from the property. Thank you!

Property exceeded our expectations. Incredibly clean and comfortable not to mention the central location for our vacation excursions. Living space was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils needed. Without a doubt will rebook in the future.

Place is clean. Great location. Easy to park and access. Does not have extra paper supplies or liquid hand soap in the bathroom. We had to run to the store and get toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, liquid handsoap and a dish sponge.

Nice place but no WIFI all week

My overall experience at the place was good, but we had no WiFi all week. We did try to call but never got it resolved, so I wasn't able to work from the place all week. Also, I feel like the place could use a little more storage in the living room area. The construction was really bad at our place, and no one ever communicated this with us. The elevator was broken the first few days of our trip, so we had to haul all of our stuff up on construction stairs. I understand the construction was out of the owner's control, but it would have been nice to know about in advance. We did enjoy our stay a lot, especially the location of our condo.

Nice Place

This condo is updated and has very convenient access to the beach. The condo could use some updated outdoor furnishings. The building itself is being renovated but did not interfere with our stay. Overall this was a very nice place and would recommend staying here.

Condo was clean, appliances were new and modern, bathroom with tile shower was great!! Proximity to the pool was great and access to the beach was very convenient!! If vacationing in this area we would book this condo again.

Great property in a great location

Great property in great location will definately concider it if we are back in the area. Well appointed with comfortable furniture and bedding. Although we didnt cook it appeared that it would have everything we needed. Spent lots of time on the balcony overlooking the pool. Pool was a comfortable temperature and very clean. Highly recommend this unit

Convenient and Cozy!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was the perfect size for the two of us. Walk to the beach is very short and convenient! The condo looked exactly like the pictures. My only critique is that the bed sheets in the bedroom really need to be replaced with new ones - the fitted sheet was very worn and was pilling. We ended up just pulling the top sheet back up and sleeping on top of that. Otherwise everything was very clean and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway

This is the perfect location. We love this area. Condo is just as pictured. Very clean. Easy and short walk to beach. Private beach entrance that’s not as crowded as the public access. Several eating places on property and several cute little shops at Gulf Place. Quick response on any questions. Will stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We really liked this condo. The location was perfect and the place was very clean. My only complaint is that there is not enough storage. The description says it sleeps 6 and it does but there is definitely not enough room for 6. Much better suited for a small family or 3, maybe 4. Having only one dresser had most of us living out of our suitcases. Dryer could have worked better as well. Overall our vacation was awesome!

We enjoyed our stay. Very close to the beach and pool was great. Condo was nice. We really enjoyed the gift basket they had for us. It was also great we had a few days of the household essentials to use incase we couldn’t get to the store or forgot something. Bed was comfy! Overall, amazing place. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome property

great property close to everything . only negative is you can hear every single footstep and sound from upstairs. we had a family staying above us with small children running around and screaming for hours which made it difficult to sleep or relax due to the fact it sounded like elephants most of the day.
