The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Here are a couple of things to take note of to improve. There weren't ANY wash cloths in ANY bathroom. When spending this kind of money, people would appreciate a wash cloth. The dishwasher didn't work well at all. Pool, lake, dock, view... exceptional!

Great house on the lake and close to the beach

We have stayed in this area the last few years and love the proximity to the beach. This year having a house on the lake was amazing and allowed the hole group to have a lake and beach experience all in one trip. The house was great, clean, and well maintained.

Wonderful vacation house for large family group!

Our group had a fantastic visit! Three adult siblings with our families plus our mom. We especially appreciated: downstairs king bedroom with private bathroom was perfect for older adult who struggles with stairs bunk room great for kids and the bedrooms immediately next to it great for their parents-- love all the king size beds! two of the bathrooms had bathtubs: great for kids and adults alike! TWO sets of laundry machines! So great with all those wet towels and kid clothes :) Also, enormous closets. fishing off the dock, splashing in the private pool, and a fenced back yard for scavenger hunts and tossing the ball were all lovely. Note: As a few other reviewers have noted, the nearest "beach access" is usually entirely underwater and not really accessible to the beach at all. Definitely plan to use the further Ramsgate access (12 min walk; 3 min golf cart ride)!As can be expected in a big rental, there were a couple small repair issues, but the property managers were very easy to work with. They also were able to recommend a rental stroller, etc. Helpful & communicative leading up to and during the visit!Overall, this was a GREAT house for our whole group (1 adult 70, 3 couples, 5 children age 3-10, and 1 infant) and we'd totally book again!

Beautiful Home

We really loved this property and enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and decorated nicely. I would have given the house 5 stars, but the bunk room has to share an in-room bathroom upstairs, which made things a little award, especially since the listing doesn't state that. We made it work, and honestly would have booked the house anyways, just wish we would have known. Other than that it was amazing!

Family Reunion

We loved this property! We try to come annually to SeaGrove/Seaside with our kids and now kids and grands. This home has been voted the best location yet. The set up is perfect for our family and the property with the lake access superb. We took good use of the electric cart and the bikes to explore. We will likely rebook here again. Thanks for this super spot!

Beautiful Home - Description needs adjusted

This is a beautifully decorated home in a good location with a pool right off the porch & access to Eastern lake. however...this DOES NOT have a private deck as advertised. When I asked the mgmt company about it they said that what they meant was it is not public but is shared with neighbors. We booked because of this "private" deck & felt it was deceptive. Glad the pool was truly private and it was beautiful. Something to keep in mind about the beach access .2 miles away...you will need to wade in water up to your hips to get to the public beach. Not ideal if you have toddlers and younger but there are other beaches not far away. Golf cart and bikes are a nice touch. We asked about chairs or a beach wagon and was told there was nothing available however...they have quite a nice collection of chairs, beach tent, beach wagon, games, pool toys and even an adult tricycle. I guess that is subject to change. I feel most of our issues could have been prevented by the mgmt company...the initial contract couldn't be signed because of a known issue, description not accurate, questions weren't answered, multiple repairs were scheduled during our stay, the paddleboard shown in pictures is actually torn and they know it & there were repairs we notified them about such as the sliding door not locking & hose leaking so much the yard was soggy. Again, beautiful home but won't rent from this mgmt company again.

Amazing home

This property was beautiful and the location is perfect! Not only was the home beautiful but they really thought of everything when it came to the amenities . It had beach toys, chairs, bicycles, floats for the pool, kites, a kurig, nespresso machine and coffee pot. Plenty of towels in each bathroom and extra toilet paper. I highly recommend this property if youre looking for a peaceful get away. 2 blocks from the beach. You dont wven have to leave the neighborhood.

The house was lovely and well maintained. Location was perfect for our family. Only concern was a technical problem with the computer software of the company that oversees the property. There was no phone number listed to ready them quickly. Would definitely rent this house again!

Great Place!

I would definitely book this place again. Having the lake view was wonderful along with the golf cart and bikes. We could get to shopping or the beach with a short ride. We had to adjust to a few things while there but I was able to easily communicate with the property manager throughout the week. She was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!
