My family stayed here for my wedding week! It was so perfect, spacious enough, and the best location. We love grayton beach and my reception was at Monet Monet which is walking distance. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Royal Destinations was very friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay at Sugar Magnolia and work with RoyalDestinations again!

This is our second time renting Sugar Magnolia and it surely won’t be the last. With the amount of children in the family it works perfect for swimming and playing in the gameroom. The easy access to the beach, restaurants, and the rest 30A has to offer is one of the main reasons we chose Grayton for a family vacation. Royal Destinations continues to exceed our expectations and we will continue to use them.

Royal Destinations was always just a quick text away with a prompt and courteous reply if any questions came up. We miss it already!

The home was very nice - it had excellent air conditioning, the rooms were quiet, and the location of the home was nice. You have to walk a few minutes on a sidestreet to get to the beach but it's not bad at all. The location is within a few minutes of Seaside and Watercolor so there is plenty to do if you want to shop and eat out. Of course the RED BAR was a highlight of the trip and is within walking distance from the home. We would recommend staying there for sure.

We used our bikes every day to ride to AJ’s, the General Store, Red Bar, and the beach. The pool area was somewhat small as was the pool. The size of the pool served its purpose though. As a pool owner, I did feel the pool was somewhat dirty and could use a new paint job. Other than that our stay was great. We plan to visit 30A again in the future. Sugar Magnolia is beautiful and very well equipped. The kitchen appliances are all top of the line. Royal Destinations was amazing to work with also. Very professional and very quick responses to any small questions or inquiries. Will definitely book thru them again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house, where it was, the area, and the beach. But the house was about as nasty as can be. All the cushions were stained, lots of crumbs under them, etc. The floor was free from sand but hadn't been moped it no telling when. We did not go barefoot in the house because our feet turned black. The bedding and bathrooms were clean but that was about all. Cookware wasn't clean either. It is a shame because the house is wonderful, but after what we paid for the house, we think it should have been in better condition.

Beautiful, comfortable, and clean!

From the moment you walk in the door, this home does not disappoint! It was even more spacious and comfortable than the pictures make it look online, with the exception of maybe the pool. The pool seemed smaller than we'd expected but was plenty big for our group of 10 with 4 younger kids, so not an issue at all for us. It was immaculate when we arrived, and the check-in process was very easy and seamless. Any questions we had throughout our stay were answered by Royal Destinations quickly - and we never had to communicate any issues. The location is great, our favorite beach access (hardly ever crowded) was an easy 5-10 min walk. And the adult bikes were nice for venturing out to places like the Red Bar and Grayton Beach State Park. The rooms where everyone basically has their own bathroom is such a treat, and having two separate kids rooms was awesome. Everything was glamourous yet cozy! Everyone in our group loved the home and didn't want to leave!! We love Grayton Beach, so this wasn't a big issue for us, but it is noteworthy that there's a lot of construction going on in this area. If it's the kind of thing that bums you out, I'd ask lots of questions before booking about what's going on with the neighboring houses, etc.

Destination wedding stay

Beautiful home. We had so much space for hosting a brunch for approx 30 and the pantry was extra large for food storage and set up. It was wonderful. Huge fridge and plenty of kitchen area to easily accommodate our needs. This home was perfectly laid out for a comfortable stay and kids loved the built in bunks! Every room had plenty of closet space and plenty of linens for the 12 of us. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay at this home again.
