Incredible House and Golf Cart

We absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for 3 our kids, and 6 adults. Everyone had their own king sized bed and full bathroom. We had plenty of space, and enjoyed the multiple outside patio areas to hang out. The location is close to ride the bike or drive the awesome golf cart to the beach. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you for a fabulous time.

The perfect stay on 30a!

This place was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful, clean house with gorgeous decorations! Hats off to the owners/property manager for providing just about anything you could possible need during your stay, and then some! Location was excellent, a straight shot to the beach access while being closely located to all the best restaurants. We will definitely be back, as long as availability permits! - The Smith’s

Golf cart, Bonfire and closet the beach! 30a beach girls picked up my son from the airport and had our groceries picked up and put away before our arrival. Houses clean and comfortable. Would suggest to everyone.

Our new favorite place to stay!

Our family (two sets of parents, one set of grandparents, and four kids ages 3-7) has been coming to Seaside each year since 2018 and has stayed somewhere different every year. We are so excited to finally have found “our place” where we plan to stay again. This house was the cleanest we’ve ever stayed, amazing location, and getting to the beach was a breeze (even with our large family). We’re a family of high standards, and I don’t know if I’ve ever given a rental a perfect score before, but this place is beyond excellent!

The girls in my family take an annual trip and the Blue Mountain area is always a favorite—and this home made it even more special. It was perfect in every way. The house was beautifully stocked with all the essentials and fully prepped for the beach—from the golf cart to the towels. All we had to pack were our clothes! We especially enjoyed starting our mornings with coffee on the bed swings and how clean and spacious it was. Truly a wonderful stay.

Perfect 30a family getaway!

This was the perfect home for our family vacation. Plenty of room for the 8 of us, very clean and we had such a lovely stay. Communication with everyone at 30a Beach Girls was excellent, check-in and check-out both so easy. The front porch made the perfect spot for mornin coffee and evening chats. The street and neighborhood were very quiet and it was relaxing all the way around. We split up our days with different activities, beaches, shopping and sightseeing around 30a, then came “home” each day, ready to cook, watch movies, play games, and snuggle in for the night. Thank you Hollie and 30a beach girls for the bonfire night and perfect stay! This home was perfect for all our needs!

First Vacation to 30A!

Our first vacation to 30A was an absolute dream! Everything was beyond perfect. The stay was not just comfortable, it was spectacular! The golf cart added a thrilling element, and we found all the necessary amenities, and then some in the home. The kitchen was stocked better than my own. Hollie and Joy, you are absolute rockstars! Thanks a million for making this a beautiful memory for us. Your assistance was invaluable, and we appreciate it more than words can express. We're already counting the days until our next 30A adventure! Cheers to creating lasting memories!

Homey and Good location

We had a wonderful time. Good location for our event. If we would have had good weather the beach would have been close. Good sized bedrooms. Each with its own bathroom is an extreme plus. Nice size kitchen. Amenities were good. My only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 was the floors were not clean. I know there is beach sand and pollen, but when you arrive at a VRBO and paid good money for it....everything should be clean from the start. Our socks and feet would be very dirty just walking around the house.

We had an amazing time at this great home! The interior was beautifully decorated and we especially loved how close it was to the beach. The golf cart provided was a fantastic perk—we used it every day to explore the area. The house itself was spotless, which made for a very comfortable stay. The highlight of our trip was definitely the free bonfire organized by 30A Beach Girls—it was such a fun and memorable experience! The neighborhood was peaceful, and we enjoyed walking to nearby spots like Redfish Taco and the local creamery for some delicious ice cream. What made our vacation even better was the ease of communication with 30A Beach Girls. They provided helpful recommendations via text, making everything so simple and stress-free. We truly appreciated their attention to detail and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a hassle-free getaway.

Heaven!

This was our third stay in this home. We love to escape the snow and pop in during slower times when there aren't many tourist. This home suits our needs perfectly. Lots of space, very clean and walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We didn't utilize the golf cart much it had issues. I love the home because it's dog friendly but you would never know dogs stay here. That's very important I don't want to vacation with dog hair from previous visitors. 30a beach girls was amazing to deal with. Joy and Jessica were very helpful and we had enjoyed the special treat of a bonfire our last week there. We love vacationing with 30a beach girls

Paradise on 30a, a beautiful family home, 30a beach girls exceptional service.

We recently stayed at this home for a winter vacation. The home and arrangements far exceeded our expectations. The home was immaculately clean and well equipped on all fronts. The best was the quality of beds and very good quality bedding. It makes such a difference at the end of the day to sleep on a good and comfortable bed. Very much appreciated this. All furnishings were immaculate, high quality and computable. no one likes a saggy couch and you don't get that here. The home area is pristine. We had plenty of room and never ran out of dishes or serve ware, the kitchen is more than equipped. AND 30a beach girls delivered and put away all our groceries AND purchased a few extras I forgot. Another huge delight for this rental was the 30A Beach Girls team and in particular Hollie and Holly (our point of contact after checkin was Holly). Everyone was available to answer all our questions promptly and found ways to support our every need going way above and beyond the required level of care. Hollie even loaned me an air fryer and a crockpot, making sure all cooking needs for our family was met, I promise I'm not high maintenance. Also, the area by the home had many restaurants within walking or golf cart driving distance which was something we partook in, Blue Mabel was out favorite! We had a delightful evening with 30a Beach Boyz a sister company of 30a Beach Girls. They held a fun and enjoyable evening with a mesmerizing bonfire, sweet treats and lively music. They even took pictures during magic hour, when you know your audience it shows and this company knows their audience!! Thanks again to 30A Beach Girls for spoiling us, and the property owner for making our stay so delightful and comfortable we can't wait to return to your home next year!

Well appointed and fully stocked home, beautifully decorated, comfortable and roomy layout for an extended family, clean. Good service, helpful instructions available on the home and area, and superior communication by the 30A Beach Girls team. Personally found the home to be a bit further than expected from shops, restaurants, things to do, and found myself driving to the Rosemary Beach/Alys Beach/and Seaside communities as they are not a golf cart ride away.

We really enjoyed spending time at this home and Blue Mountain. It was perfect for our family of 7! We had everything we needed! It was a great location and we had a great time exploring Blue Mountain as well as nearby Grayton and Seaside. The pool was inviting after a day of beach fun and biking. We really appreciated having the golf cart to use during our visit too! Communication with our hosts at 30a beach girls was perfect! Thank you so much!

Everything we had hoped for!

We had a lovely time at 30a Beach Girls house Sea Pointe. It definitely met all our expectations. We were thrilled to be in clean, well-located spot. The porches and huge and very fun for chilling out and visiting. All beds were computable and the place was beautifully decorated. There is so much incredible gear at the house. a 6 seater cart, bikes, boogie boards a wagon. BEACH TOWELS, I didn't have to pack towels!!! I highly recommend this home and 30a beach Girls. They provide world class service!
