Great little house with everything you could want

I stayed with my senior parents, my husband and two kids (8 and 10). It worked perfectly for our needs, with the two masters and full bathrooms on opposite sides of the house and my kids' bedroom right beside ours. We enjoyed the convenience of the beach wagon and the cozy fire pit was a nice added bonus. Stepless entry into the house and the shower were great for my mom who doesn't do stairs well. Large couch was plenty big enough for everyone to watch movies. Owner was very responsive. Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, which wasn't crowded even on Atlanta spring break. We bought seafood at Goatfeather's market and cooked at home, and enjoyed another night at Shunk Gulley restaurant with live music and an ocean view. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location for a last minute trip!

For the price and availability this place was fantastic. Booked last minute. The house was picked up aside from a few things. There was trash under the couch, not one tv remote worked, a/c unit on the kids’ side of the house didn’t work, and the golf cart had been left uncharged. I went and bought some batteries instead of having someone come out. Then had to contact management about a/c. They were quickly responsive & sent someone out the next day who, I’m pretty sure, just changed the batteries in the box on the wall. But the a/c never worked properly. We were only there for a few days so we put kids n our room. The house is oddly surrounded by 3 and 4 story condos. They are in process of building one on one side that is very close. Makes me a little Leary when my kids are a private pool, with a gate that doesn’t lock, is part of the condo parking lot, and there are windows peering down onto the property everywhere. The room set up for little kids has a door leading to this same area and no fan or box fan. Lastly, this house is in fact pet friendly. Great for people with pets, however, the only area for pet’s to do their business is around border of pool area which left it wreaking of pet urine. This location is super convenient to the best food we have found on 30A. Service at every restaurant we went to was amazing as was the seafood. The golf cart is great and has speaker you can Bluetooth through. Public beach access stays busy go early for beach set up.

Great proximity to the beach. The golf cart is a good touch, as well the pool and fenced in yard. The house could be a little cleaner and needs some small repairs & improvements. I say all of that on the basis of cost. Even for the holiday rates, it's a little pricey. All that said we had a great time.

Loved this house! Location was great! The golf cart was a great perk to get around to beaches and restaurants. The pool was so nice, but I think it was heated and it was so hot during our stay we only used the pool at night because it was so warm. I prefer a cool pool especially in the heat of summer. Great house!!

The BEST stay ever. Perfect location and amenities.

Absolutely amazing property. All of the amenities were great; fenced backyard (the dogs loved it!!), wonderful pool, literally a 5 minutes walk to the Spooky Lane beach access. Can't recommend this property enough. We look forward to booking again next year!

Nice House with Amazing Location

Perfect house for our family of 3. The location was amazing, and close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. House was immaculate when we arrived, and was very well maintained. Pool was good size and heated for our trip. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful

This property was everything we could have asked for. The house itself was beautiful. But the private pool was great for the kids! My 3 and 7 year old had a ball between that and the beach that was extremely close. (A 2 min car ride max). Great host as well! 5 star experience all around!
