House is as described, well maintained with excellent heated pool! Right on a beautiful beach. Excellent sunsets on the balcony. House felt bright and spacious. Loved how all bedrooms had a bathroom attached. Nice to have bikes to use, seems like a great neighborhood as well!

We absolutely loved this home! It’s beautiful with views to die for! Being right on the ocean and having a pool was priceless when you have kids in tow. Will rent again!

Wonderful

Odessa was a perfect home for our family. 6 adults and 4 children under 8yo. The house is well decorated and very comfortable. The views of the beach and sunset were outstanding. The property manager was very quick to respond when we only needed small things (more propane for grill, etc,). The pool was a perfect spot for the children when the winds made the beach a little too cold for the little ones. The private beach is such a nice amenity as well. We would love to go back!

Great house with a few issues

Overall the house is nice with great views and located close to everything you need. Unfortunately some of the below issues make it hard to visit again. Below are a few items we found not working or lacking with the house: - BBQ grill does not work properly. The gas comes on but the flame is small and doesn’t heat up the grill. - the first level bathroom sink off the bedroom is almost completely stopped up. - the dishwasher has missing or broken racks. You can’t stack dishes for washing properly. - the kitchen cookware is very lacking and for what is there had food stuck/burned on some of the pans. - there aren’t enough kitchen bowls and glasses. - there are no small spoons. All are large table spoons. - the tv’s and changers don’t work properly. Plus there are no directions on how to use. It appears the only way to access stations is to stream various apps using your own user id’s and passwords. - child alarm on doors out to pool did not work when we first arrived. That was corrected by property management. On a positive note, 30a Escapes property management company was quick to respond on issues that were referred to them.

Fabulous ocean front home

We were wowed by the home- very close to the beach with great views of the sunset, beautifully appointed with a heated pool that had a view of the ocean as well. The beds were very comfy and the bedrooms were quiet making for wonderful sleep. The top master didn't need 2 bathrooms, but who's complaining? All 3 masters had views of water since the home is on an isthmus with a lake right across the street. There were good spaces for puzzling, and a gorgeous spot on the covered large deck for meals big enough for 10 people. The kitchen had high-end appliances, plus there were extra icemakers. I must say that 30A Escapes came right away when we couldn't figure out the pool alarms on the doors. They helped us figure out the hurricane doors, too. We loved having the chairs set up without having to arrange it, and the company that did that set up a beach fire with s'mores- that was the highlight of our stay. We've stayed several places on 30A and this outdid them all. Enjoy!

Amazing vacation!!!

The beach felt private! The house was beautiful! Wonderful vacation even with all the kiddos! We did have to have handy man come put batteries into the door alarm to keep young kids safe with pool, but other than that it was perfect!

Stunning house, amazing view

The house was clean, well-decorated and beautiful. Very convenient to have fridge and ice maker on both living room levels. And, the views from all 3 levels were breath-taking. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Also, pleased with the level of communication and quick response time regarding concierge services and one small issue at the house that we noticed upon arrival - resolved quickly.

House and location were great. Beachfront with pool was nice.

House was really nice. Kids enjoyed having pool and true beachfront house. Would recommend this house to anyone wanting to go to 30A area. Nice to be a little outside of the heart of Seaside. Only negatives were the 9:00AM checkout, which they were definitely on time with cleaning crew at 9:00AM and calling us at 9:15. For 30k for the week you would hope for an 11:00 check out. Also, they called later in the day about a broken TV remote that was already broken when we got there. Overall great house and would rent it again.

A week in paradise!

We spent a magical week at the Odessa with our 6 young children (ages 10 years to 10 months). The home was beautiful and the location was perfect if you're looking for a quiet, private stay. It is directly on it's own private beach, just a few steps down from the deck (as opposed to a long pier-like walk that many beachfront homes have), making it ideal for our family. The pool was warm and there were two different areas outside to rinse the sand off your feet before jumping in - which were very convenient. The sunsets from any one of the three porches were incredible, and the pool is lit at night so we would swim as the sun went down and then dry off as we looked at the stars. There is chair service May-October which was very helpful for us, although the house is so close to the beach you could easily do without it if you had to. The home was well appointed with dishes - however I do wish they provided a few staples (salt, sugar, coffee filters, etc.) but we went shopping anyway so it wasn't a big deal. There is a table outside which we used to eat at many times, and there are two ice makers in the home which we loved. This house does have a lot of stairs, which could be difficult for some and I'm guessing we went up and down more than most because we had young kids sleeping on every floor and we were upstairs. There are sand toys and boogie boards available too, although not mentioned in the listing. The only negative thing was the lack of communication between the staff at 30A - but the manager, Heather, was delightful and helped make sure we had everything we needed for our stay (a pack and play for our baby, etc.). I hope to come back to this home for many years to come, we made memories that will last a lifetime! The perfect beach vacation.

Amazing house, right on the beach

Our family loved this house. Right on the beach, bright modern layout, pool that overlooks the Gulf, great location. Big kitchen, lots of outdoors areas. We ate outside almost every meal. Loved it, five stars!

A beautiful home with amazing views

We enjoyed our stay at this incredible home. The view was breathtaking and even better in person, the decor was perfection, and the beds/linens were so comfortable and we felt right at home. Our only complaints are: the tv on the third floor never worked even after the property manager attempted to fix it in person, the elevator had issues, and the master suite had some unpleasant ‘trash’ under the bed we discovered upon checking out (ICK!). Based on what we spent for the week, we would have appreciated a bit of a refund for these issues. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this rental.

Perfect Paradise

Perfect house, Perfect view, Perfect sunset view, Perfect vacation. We had a ball at The Odessa in Seagrove Beach, FL. Even the weather was perfect ! Beautifully decorated home. Great for families. Loved the all en suite bathrooms and King size beds. Hope to return !
