Sugar Paws is a spacious dog-friendly 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath beach home located in the Village of Sugar Beach in the heart of Seagrove Beach along Scenic 30A. Located just across 30A from the Gulf of Mexico, this home places you only about 200 yards from the beautiful sugar white sands of South Walton. With public beach access directly across the street and two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella reserved for you, beach days are always within easy reach.

This two-story home features wrap-around decks on multiple levels where you can enjoy the coastal breeze throughout the day. A third level deck provides a great spot to take in the sun or catch a sunset. The second floor deck includes an outdoor dining table, making it a great place to enjoy a meal outside. After returning from the beach, the outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off before heading back inside.

Sugar Paws is especially well suited for multiple families traveling together thanks to its two kitchens and washer and dryer on both floors. The first floor features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, living and dining area, and a stackable washer and dryer. The second floor includes another full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, breakfast bar, living room, dining area with seating for six, and the master bedroom suite with a private bathroom. A half bath is located off the living area, along with a full-size washer and dryer.

Separate first and second floor entrances offer additional convenience and privacy for larger groups. With a king bed in the upstairs master suite, three queen beds, and a sofa sleeper downstairs, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, the home is also within walking distance of Café 30-A, Angelina’s, and several other restaurants and local shops.

Beach Access:
Head west on Sugar Sand Lane and turn left on Somerset Bridge. Directly across 30A at the Tom Thumb is your beach access.

Village of Sugar Beach:
Village of Sugar Beach is in the heart of Seagrove and just short walk across 30A to the sugar sand beaches. This community has no thru streets so there is minimal traffic making it safe for the kids. There is a community pool for the entire family to enjoy. Local shops and favorite restaurants are within walking distance. Minutes away is Deer Lake State Park, offering miles of biking trails. Seaside is only a 1 ½ miles away where you can enjoy events throughout the year.

An initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
