Excellent location and good value. Loved the porch. Great for just the four of us. A few little things that could improved the experience - have salt and pepper and maybe some other basic condiments; a lock on the bathroom door; toilet paper holder in the bathroom; more toilet paper and garbage bags; more outlets in the bedrooms. But these are pretty minor compared to how much we enjoyed it.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect! The house was very accurately described in the listing. A very easy walk to the public beach access and to the Seaside square. Such a beautiful area with all of the trees! Definitely rent bikes!! We rented from Fun Pug- they were excellent!! And even delivered the bikes! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Great Location!

The location was great and the cabin was clean & quaint. The location made our experience less hectic, yet we close to the main square & the grocery store. My teens walked to and from the square. The cabin could use a facelift compared to nearby properties and a lock on the bathroom door, since there’s only one. Overall, it was a nice cabin for a reasonable price. Great for families with young ones who want to see if seaside is a good fit for them!

Beach House FYI Some things that need attention at the property. Floor door lock to the porch has a screw missing needs some repairs Similar problem with the screen door on the porch with the lock for the door on the floor plus screen door does not close properly Floor in the bathroom and rug by shower was wet when we arrived not sure why. Lots of sand on the floors in all rooms. A vacuum cleaner would be nice. We always take our shoes off when entering. Couple of spiders found in the kitchen. Floors were not clean. We spent quite a bit of time sweeping Outdoor deck light near bedroom does not come on with the switch in the bedroom Windows are very dirty A cleaning of the porch floors would be recommended. Would be nice if there was an extension code for the lights on the porch. Again general cleanliness of the porch. Lights were dirty. The door to the bathroom it difficult to open and close. It needs some love. The door to the outside shower has a similar problem with the latch and lock. Most of the rugs if not all are dirty and need cleaning. Furnace return air vents in hallway are dirty Floor vents for ac/heat are also dirty We enjoyed our stay but cleanliness was an issue. Thanks

Great little getaway near SRB

This was a very cute little getaway house perfect for a couple of friends with an amazing enclosed porch with swings that you could sit on and listen to the birds in the morning and have your coffee. Very peaceful area, close to Seaside, about a half mile away but far enough from the hustle and bustle of any crowd. Highly recommend.

Great cabin for 30a getaway

The property was clean comfortable, and well-appointed, accurate to photo listing. I was surprised there was no salt/pepper onsite, but they had nearly anything else one could want at this property! Great location, close enough to walk to the beach, and a golf cart ride away from most everything else. The one issue we had during our stay was quickly responded to and resolved by the property manager. We’d love to stay here again and make this trip a family tradition!

Truly a Seagrove Sanctuary!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable cabin. The house is a short walk to the beach and Seaside activities. The space is exceptionally clean, comfortable and well-equipped.
