Dieses Haus befindet sich in Phase III befindet sich am Rande der Staatswald. Wenn Sie die Ruhe, während zu Hause, und doch wollen nah an der Action zu sein, ist dies der beste gelegenes Haus im Aquarell! Es gibt sehr wenig Verkehr und eine ruhige Straße, damit Kinder Fahrrad fahren und spielen auf. Der See und Wanderwege finden Sie am Ende des Blocks abgerufen. Wir haben eine fantastische dritte für Dachboden für die Kinder zu schlummern und zu spielen in. Eine große Terrasse für die Eltern zu entspannen und sogar ein Spiel zu fangen auf dem outdoor-Fernsehen.

Diese Residenz befindet sich auf der Nordseite der Western Lake an der Ecke der Hohl Cove and Blue Stem Lane es weniger als fünf Minuten mit dem Rad über den See auf den Beach Club ist. Zu Fuß nur zwei volle Blocks die Straße runter und sie über die Brücke Zentrumsnähe. Es ist auch nur zwei Blocks entfernt von der Phase III 'Frosch' Pool.

Professionell in einem Standard weit über ein typisches Verleih eingerichtet. Ein Gast hat es als eine zeitgenössische Strand Loft-Gefühl beschrieben. Drei Schlafzimmer und dritten Stock "Etagen / Spielzimmer" im Haupthaus. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Wohnzimmer und Küche in der Remise. Einzigartig für Aquarell, hat der Remise ein voller Größe Veranda.

Die vier Einzelbett Etagenbett-Zimmer ist ein großartiger Ort für Kinder zu schlafen, spielen und einfach "verloren" werden. Sie können zwei Etagen entfernt sein, ohne in Schwierigkeiten zu geraten und die Erwachsenen ihre Ruhe zu bekommen.

Beautiful Property in Watercolor Community

The Watercolor community is such a great destination for vacation, with access to so many pools, activities, and other amenities. The location was perfect for a wonderful vacation with multiple family members. The property was gorgeous, and very clean when we arrived. Our host was phenomenal and was prepared with all the info and amenities we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone and would love to be back in the future!

Wonderful House, Wonderful Host

We spent the week staying at this fabulous home in Watercolor. This home is beautifully decorated (we especially loved all the artwork) and very clean. While there were only four of us, there is plenty of space for a much larger party with 3 bedrooms, 4 twin beds plus a king in the carriage house. We liked the fact that there was an upstairs area for the kids to hang out and watch movies, etc and lots of porches for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen is STOCKED which was great b/c we love to cook. A lot of times you come to a rental property and there isn't even salt and pepper. When we arrived, there were all the basics (salt, pepper, olive oil, spices) plus some sodas and beers, likely left by past tenants. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook! There was an ample supply of tools, pots, pans, bowls, etc. We really enjoyed using the outdoor grill also!We also loved the location - just a quick bike ride to a direct shot to the beach. It was also close to the boat house, the lake (where we watched sunsets) and the “frog” pool.Sharon, the owner, IS AMAZING. She was very responsive and accommodating!5-star stay for us and we are picky!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful and really loved all the artwork. Great location ... The house backed up to the nature reserve, so it was quiet and peaceful and still very easy to get to the beach. And, the owner was so helpful and responsive to any questions that we had. We had a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend this property.

What a beautiful home! Accommodations were very comfortable and there were plenty of places for our group to gather. Kitchen was well appointed and the grill was great. Great House, Great Owners, Great Location

We had a wonderful time at this house. We've been coming to Watercolor for 15 years and have always enjoyed our time there. This house did not disappoint. Communication was great with the owner, and the house had everything you'd want in a Watercolor house. We enjoyed being in a quieter part of the property adjacent to the state park. Highly recommend this house and we'd love to come back.

Wonderful experience at Stuck in the Sand

This is a beautiful house that has all of the amenities of Watercolor included-bikes, towels, Beach Club and Beach access. Although it is in phase 3 there is a short cut to Beach Club and Beach if walking or riding a bike. The Carriage House was a nice bonus to accommodate our party of 11. The property manager responded to issues immediately (burnt out light bulbs, sticking screen door and air conditioner board was hit by lightening during our stay). The house also has top of the line cooking equipment. We really enjoyed the artwork/decor. We definitley would recommend this property for a peaceful beach vacation!

Outstanding vacation

We had such a wonderful time on our trip. It rained the majority of the time we were there which allowed us spend a lot of time in the house. The house was beautiful and most importantly clean. There was room for everyone and no one got in anyones way. The location was great, we rented a golf cart which was a lot of fun for the kids. Sharon was very kind and helpful leading up to the trip and during. We had forgotten some clothes at the house and she went out of her way and made sure it was mailed to us. We will definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Property in Quiet Area

This home was beautifully appointed with original art and very nice furnishings, yet they were utilized in a way that made us feel very comfortable and at home. It was also very well stocked with anything we could ever need in the kitchen, and we did a lot of cooking. The outdoor spaces and porches were lovely - plenty of room for our family to spread out. Travel by foot or bicycles provided us quick access to the most popular areas of Watercolor, yet we were in a very peaceful and naturally scenic area. The owner kindly and quickly responded to the only small concern we had. We’ve been coming to Watercolor Memorial Day week for several years, and I think everyone was in agreement that this was our best trip so far.

Such a great property. We loved all of the outdoor living spaces. Plenty of room for everyone to space out. Kitchen was well equipped and we really appreciated the “extras” that were left by other guest. It was nice to have spices on hand instead of having to go out to buy them for 1 or 2 dishes.

Wonderful vacation

This was a great house for our group. The set up was nice. The only thing that could be improved would be the entertainment system. One tv did t work at all and the others were pretty small and outdated. Not a big deal as we weren’t in the house a ton but just an observation. The home owner was very gracious to let us check in a few hours early and she was very responsive to messages.

Stuck in the Sand exceeded our expectations

Sharon was great to deal with. The house was exactly as advertised. Loved all of the porches; especially the daybed swing. Was a short bike ride to the beach. The beach club pools were amazing. We had an amazing week at Stuck in the Sand! The owners answered every single email and question we asked them- and so promptly! The property manager was so helpful as well when we needed help with a bike! The house is exactly as shown in the photos. We did not cook much, but the kitchen has absolutely everything! Excellent location for riding bikes to the beach. The house is on a corner, which seemed to make it very quiet. We will definitely be back to rent this home!!

Great Phase III House

We spent a week in WaterColor at Stuck in the Sand. The house was perfect for our family. Lots of space. Well appointed with all the necessary kitchen wares and furnishings. We would definitely stay there again. The Owner was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. All questions and requests were quickly addressed. When planning a stay at WaterColor make sure to plan ahead for bike rentals, golf cart rentals, beach chair set-ups, etc. Sharon can provide all the necessary contact numbers.

Our second stay at Sharon & Dodd's "Stuck in the sand" home.

We love our trips to Water Color, and have found a rental home "Stuck in the Sand" to be exactly what our family needs. It comfortably accommodates 2 families. Sharon and Dodd have a beautiful home that they continuously look to upgrade with the amenities that families are looking for during their stay in the area. The house is perfectly situated in a quite wooded area near the Sand Hill Pool. It's also a quick bike trip to The Boat House and the Water Color Beach Club. The house allows for plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own favorite part of the property. You can enjoy a newly installed fire pit ring, grill and dine outside for a nice evening meal, lounge on a swing bed on the 2nd floor balcony, or hang out and watch TV on the side porch of the house looking out to the forested area. Livingroom is great to gather and play games with the family. It also offers a large kitchen with plenty of amenities. House is decorated with the finest of art from the Walton County area. The property was excellent and basically as advertised. Had a great time with my total family.

Great physical location. Property was in excellent condition except for a non working dishwasher which was replaced overnight...excellent service. Place was clean and well stocked as advertised. Parking was a problem. There was no covered parking as advertised as the garage was locked and occupied by owners vehicles. We had a few encounters with the “parking police”” which resulted in warning tickets. I was uneasy with the total homeaway experience due to a lack of communication through the whole process. I was out $6000 and wasn’t really sure if it was safe, legitimate rental. Turns out it was, but I would have felt better with more communication throughout the whole process. For instance, I am waiting for the refund of my damage deposit but I have no idea as to the process or who to contact. Overall....good experience that I would recommend to others but to expect to be a little nervous about the transaction.

Superior beach vacation destination!

My family and I traveled to Stuck in the Sand for the Fourth of July week and had an absolutely incredible week! Upon our arrival, the house was clearly expertly cleaned and prepared. The amenities inside the house and available in the Watercolor area were outstanding and we couldn't have asked for a better location for vacation. We will be back, thanks so much!

Beautiful, extremely well appointed home. Outstanding decor, artwork and finishings. Great space for our group of 11. Outdoor fireplace was the best!!! Hope to return after such a perfect vacation. Thanks Dodd!
