The fridge in the room is super loud and kept waking me up with its buzzing. It ruined an otherwise great stay at a great hotel. I’d rather not have fridge in the room if it’s going to make that racket

The staff was AMAZING! Without exception, every one was so nice and very helpful! Among other things, they managed to get me into my room, even though I arrived before the standard check-in time. This really helped me a lot because I needed to rest after catching an early flight that morning.
