Danny was hands down the reason why our stay was amazing and you got the reviews you did! When we got there, we were unaware the couch, was no longer able to pull out into a bed. When we moved the cushions, we found used tissues, a used hand towel, a cigarette butt, and some condom wrappers all in view of my 11 yr old. The 1st man that we spoke with brushed us off and tried to make it like it wasn’t a big deal. He was not very apologetic, gave us the cold shoulder & didn’t offer any solutions. Danny, however, was the exact opposite. He was very apologetic, shared in our disgust, & because by we had already unpacked all our stuff & didn’t really want to change rooms, He completely disinfected the area, gave us extra blankets & pillows, and apologized profusely. The next day, we were all very excited to go sit in the Jacuzzi after an extremely long day of a cheer comp (why we were there) only to find out when we got in the Jacuzzi that it was cold. Someone had hit the emergency shut off switch, turning off not only the hot tub, but the entire pump room. When I went to get help @ the front counter the man was again dismissive & seemed bothered by us. He didn’t have a lot of info on how long it’d take to warm up, didn’t really know what was wrong & said he would get someone to fix it. When I asked how long it’d take to warm up he first he didn’t know, then he said 5 min which I knew had 2 be wrong. Danny again apologized, fixed it, gave us a time frame & comped us candy bars

Very comfortable stay. I was supposed to get a parking credit because I had to park my truck on the street and all night I was afraid to get towed so that was a little nerve wrecking. I don’t think I received the parking credit. I think the employee forgot. We got into conversation so I think she forgot.

Our stay was good. We enjoyed our room, we chose the larger suite with the sofa which made it feel less like a hotel. The bed was comfortable, however the pillows were standard size and our bed was a king , which should have had king pillows. The standard pillows were far to small for such a big bed. The only other complaint would be our fridge which did not work so we were unable to chill any of the food/beverages we brought. Otherwise it was a peaceful night away from home. And a good breakfast before departing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They worked with us kindly around our early arrival and accommodated a late checkout without hesitation. The lobby, dinning area and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Tons of amenities made us feel at home. Continental breakfast was plentiful and yummy. The hotel was easy to find and easy to access and close to shopping and food. Although the pool was not heated, despite it being January, that didn’t stop our children from enjoying it anyway. And hot tub was very cozy. We cannot say enough great things. Highly recommend this hotel!

Room was fine. They charge extra for parking which should have been clear in the listing. I booked with free parking included and they told me that is street parking at my own risk! Breakfast was okay. Convenient shopping close by but hotel is right next to highway and it’s quite noisy. Breakfast was fine.
