Staff was new and unsure of what they were doing. Took quite a while to check in because they were unsure of the system. They didnât know how to make coffee in the morning.
Room was not clean to acceptable, tv had many channel missing or frozen, and i was told no 1st floor rooms available and there actially were many even below the room i was assigned. I stay in motel 6 two to three times a month and this was a disappointment for sure.
The room was definitely in need of a refresh. Waited what felt like 10 minutes to get "Luke warm" water. Floor was filthy, toilet would not flush. The shower stall was like one of those plastic models from an RV! It was just weird. No coffee maker. No toiletries other than 2 small bars of soap, front door was falling apart,
very poor water pressure in the shower and sink. Shower stall had a very soft spot on the floor. the tv kept freezing then would come back to viewing only to freeze again. the bed was comfortable, room was clean.
Check in process was easy and professional. Grounds and room were in horrible shape. Linoleum warped. Linens stained. Wish they would invest in remodeling.
The first assigned room, beds without blankets. No towels and wasting time at the moment of changing room.
