This beautiful villa is ideally located in a quiet area with views of the countryside. All the amenities and entertainment you need for a wonderful holiday are nearby. The small villages of Calonge and S'Horta, with a few shops and good restaurants, are about 2 km away. The beautiful beach of Cala Sanau is just a 5-minute drive away. The resort of Cala D'Or is also only 2 km away and offers a wide range of restaurants, beaches, and a stunning harbor. In Cala D'Or, you can enjoy a variety of water sports and explore the southeast of the island on boat trips. A 5-minute drive will take you to Porto Colom, and on the road to Porto Colom is the Vall D'Or Golf course. The traditional stone-clad house has two floors and is tastefully furnished, with some interior walls clad in stone. The entrance hall leads to a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and access to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, and an archway leads to the dining area overlooking the terraces and pool. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a guest toilet with a shower. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a double bedroom with access to a private terrace and stunning views. The third bedroom, also on the first floor, offers two single beds and access to a terrace. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a heated towel rail. The laundry room is located on the terrace.

The owners live in an apartment on the lower floor of the house. They are very friendly and do not use the pool or garden.

The outdoor area is very large and offers plenty of space for children to play. The gardens feature lawns and lemon trees. The covered terrace is ideal for al fresco dining or barbecues. There is a large swimming pool (9 m x 4.5 m, depth 1.00 m – 1.60 m) with steps, as well as a large terrace with sun loungers. All three bedrooms have air conditioning with set usage times from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please bring your own pool and beach towels. The legally mandated eco-tax is not included in the accommodation price and will be charged separately.

Unkept, not as described, pictures don’t match relaity

We arrived on a very hot evening, the property is pretty remote down an uncared for dirt track with no lighting along the lane or at the property. We arrived to find the house all shut up and sweltering inside. A man appeared out of the dark who spoke no English and didn’t really say a lot and pointed at the front door. The furniture was not like in the pictures and the place was basic with some wiring showing in the entrance way. It was described as having air conditioning there were only units in 3 rooms. I spent 20 minutes trying to get them to work, I only managed to get 1 working and there wasn’t even a control for one of the units. The man was actually the owner living underneath the property in an internally connected flat which wasn’t mentioned in the VRBO description. It was all disappointing and a bit creepy. My family didn’t feel comfortable so we booked a hotel. VRBO refused to help and the agent for the property said they wouldn’t give us our money back. Awful experience

Gruppenurlaub in wunderschöner Finca

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Nähe Santanyi war genau so, wie wir ihn uns vorgestellt haben. Die Unterkunft sieht absolut umwerfend aus, besser als auf den Fotos. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und idyllisch. Alles war sauber und Juan und seine Frau waren unfassbar tolle Gastgeber, die uns jeden Tag so schön wie möglich gemacht haben. Jederzeit wieder gerne und absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Lediglich die Bäder haben einen leichten Sanierungsstau. Ebenfalls fehlte es etwas an Gläsern und Töpfen.Tolle Finca, mit einer ruhigen Umgebung.
