The bright and cozy holiday accommodation consists of a living / dining room and a moderna kitchen very well equipped with everything you need to cook and feel as if you were in your own home. Fully renovated and refurbished appartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 kingsize beds, bathroom, terrace and access to the pool and patio. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The services also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV. Bed linen and towels are included in the price and can be used in accomodation area. Additional electricity fee is charged upon arrival and not included in price, see the description of the listing. Baby cot, bedding and high chair can be provided upon prior request.

Large terrace/balcony is a privileged place for all guests. The main attraction of this beachfront accommodation is the location in quite spot of Cala D'or in Mallorca. Decent restaurants and supermarkets are located less than 100m.


Additional electricity fee set by the property: € 9,00 per day in all season, except in july and august € 14,00 per day.

Baby crib can be provided if it is awailable upon prior request: € 6,00 per day.

In order to organize your check-in/check-out and provide the key collection, we need to recieve the data from you in details. All this information will be registered in the National Police. These are mandatory conditions for all tourists in Mallorca.

The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The aditional amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In case that there is no safe deposit box, we will arrange the access by the agency.

ATTENTION !
Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.
- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years.
- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.
