A Pousada precisa de cuidados. As fotos do site são melhores do que realmente a pousada é. A portaria, os muros da frente, a jardinagem e os chalés precisam de um tratamento mais harmonioso. Essa pousada é incrível! Os quartos são chalés de madeira com vista para áreas verdes além de possuir um igarapé particular na área da propriedade que é muito charmoso e refrescante. O bar da piscina é incrível e os funcionários são todos muito atenciosos. O café da manhã é muito variado e delicioso! E por estar um pouco distante do centro a pousada disponibiliza transfer gratuito para a vila que é um conforto a mais ainda mais para quem viaja sozinha.

Tivemos o privilégio de poder visitar Alter do Chão, realmente uns dos paraísos brasileiros. Ficar hospedados na Pousada Amazônia foi uma experiência inesquecível para quem deseja estar em contato direto com a natureza e suas peculiaridades. Viajamos muito ao longo de décadas, mas estar nesta pousada foi como fazer uma nova família em tão pouco tempo. Seria leviano de minha parte escolher uma melhor equipe, pois todos os funcionários são de uma cordialidade, delicadeza, presteza, simplicidade, amorosidade fora do comum. Isso nos trouxe uma tranquilidade muito grande todos os dias que lá estivemos. A pousada traz por si uma simplicidade ímpar, cada canto dela tem um toque especial para surpreender os que lá chegam. Eu pude ver e saber dos projetos, já em andamento, para ser lugar muito aconchegante e moderno para estar com toda a família. Espero que em muito pouco tempo eu possa retornar com toda a reforma concluída e poder aproveitar tudo o que Alter do Chão tem pra oferecer. Muito obrigada de coração a toda equipe que lá trabalha.

Fomos na pousada no mês de Dez/2021. Na primeira noite teve um jantar paraense e eles não deram o valor antes para nós, depois cobraram R$ 130,00 por pessoa em um jantar que não valia nem metade disso. E quando fomos fazer checkout ainda cobraram R$ 15,00 a mais por pessoa alegando que era da entrada do jantar. Dia 24 foi aniversário da minha sobrinha e pedimos uma VELA para colocamos em um pedaço de bolo só para cantarmos parabéns e eles falaram que iam fazer um “mimo” para ela. Pegaram um PEDAÇO do bolo, que estava sendo servido no café da manhã que era incluso na nossa hospedagem, enfeitaram e no checkout cobraram R$ 15,00 da fatia do bolo. Acabou a água, TV parou de funcionar, chuveiro teve que trocar… a respeito dos funcionários não temos o que reclamar são todos EXCELENTES, o maior problema é a sogra do dono que aparenta querer levar vantagem em tudo em cima dos hospedes, além de a mulher do dono ser tão mal educada que não é capaz nem de dar bom dia aos hospedes. Achamos um abuso termos que pagar por coisas que já estavam pagas.

Ótima experiência! A equipe da pousada é nota dez, muito receptivos e atenciosos. Quarto muito limpo e arrumado. A comida da pousada também é ótima, tanto no café como nas refeições.
