My family and needed a temporary place while our own home was remodeled and the place felt like home. Its place is small but thats all we need since there was only two in our party. However there was plenty of room for us to move around. The place was clean. I would, however recommend the add more dishes. The only dishes available were plastic.

Solid 3.5 star place, location adjacent to the high school and its track and football field was not much of a noise issue, but we could certainly hear the announcer for the track meet and the coaches for lacrosse the next day.Simply re-done interior that was nice, with new kitchen appliances and a fancy coffee machine (minor issue with the coffee machine). One bathroom is sufficient for 4 adults whoa re friendly enough to share.It's an older house with an update, great herb garden and a sunny backyard.Very comfortable beds!Fantastic communication with the host, and easy entry and departure.

Come with own hand soap, dish soap, dish towels. Not included in listing but didn't realize that wasn't considered basic. Everything as portrayed in listing..clean, quiet, served all our needs. Thank you for sharing your space.

The house we rented for two nights was initially unclean, with visible dirt and body hair in the bathroom and kitchen was not cleaned, generally unsanitary. Given the rental price, the property’s condition was below expectations. This caused us to be late for an event as we had to address the issue with the owner. The owner was defensive, insisting they had cleaned the house themselves, despite clear evidence otherwise, and confirmed they do not use a professional cleaning company. After direct communication, the owner cleaned the property that evening, and the second night was acceptable. The poor first impression and defensive response was disappointing and insulting. We requested a refund for the first night due to the inconvenience, but the owner refused to provide one.
