The hotel management informed us that there was an issue with online bookings made through third-party sites. We arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM with our family and had a confirmed reservation, but were told the hotel was fully booked. It’s unclear where the issue originated—whether with Expedia or Tru by Hilton. Kindly please look into this matter.

Spotlessly clean and very accommodating staff. Great gym and pool for a small hotel. My one great disappointment especially from a Hilton affiliate is that there were no accommodations in terms of people with lactose intolerance. No non dairy in breakfast buffet for cereal nor could I buy it in the market. 60% of Americans suffer from this so it is not a small number. This might be a deal breaker for me in the future.

Clean and bright. They have an area in the lobby with pool table and a few cubby holes of wooden blocks and board games for the kids. Remember Candy Land? Also, separate area off the lobby for quiet computer use. Very satisfying after a long time driving.

the rooms are clean. The bed was comfortable. I liked the way they supply shampoo and conditioner and such in each room. Showers were nice and clean plenty of towels. Water pressure was good. Enjoyed our stay. We always try to stay at a true when traveling.

Everything was as expected, except the front desk clerk told me a bottled water was complimentary only for the Hilton Honors member. For the first time in my life, I had to go purchase my own bottled water after paying more than $150 for one night stay!
