Hotel Lovera; fue mi primera vez en visitarlo y sin duda alguna volveria a repetirlo; el servicio al cliente es 10/10 la chica del front desk (maritza) si bien no recuerdo es un amor y me dio todas las informaciones de mi estadia en el hotel, ella sabes hacer muy bien su trabajo. el cuarto es una maravilla 10/10. a todos mis que vallan de visita al pais se lo recomiendo sin duda alguna. Hotel lovera gracias por su buen servicio y espero volver a vernos pronto.

El hotel es nuevo y aun estaba en construcción, el servicio terrible, esperé más de media hora para que encuentren mi reservación, la página no se actualizaba. Las personas no sabían cómo manejar la aplicación porque era una reserva internacional. el servicio a la habitación es pésimo, la cocina es alejada de las habitacionesy la comida me llegó fría, no me dieron limón ni salsa picante, el teléfono no valía para poder llamar y avisar por teléfono a la recepción q el servicio no estaba completo El baño esta mal construido y todo el agua de la ducha se sale al piso del baño y se sale del baño hacia la habitación. Casi me mato de un golpe por qué me resbalé, pedí que lo limpien y solo me dieron toallas para que ponga ahí en el piso y limpie el agua yo mismo que se había salido…terrible, básicamente no vuelvo nunca más

No hot water what so ever was given the run around about it being fixed , checked out early and rooms are not soundproof. You can hear the music in your room til 7am.
