Room was very spacious and great aircon. Staff were lovely and we enjoyed our time immensely by the pool on the sun. Great breakfast as well. Maybe a bit on the dates side and the gym was tiny with only the treadmill working.

Amenities shown in Expedia website are different with the reality’s. Some staff in the front desk is not helpful. The laundry facility is shown in the Expedia website while we are booking. When asked a staff in the front desk, Carlos M., about laundry facility, he said never had it. Once showed him the Expedia website, he did not give any explanation, not saying apologies, but talked to a female staff to delete it from the Expedia. Now no one can find it on Expedia website. To avoid being fooled again, he was not told about the nonexistent facilities in our room, such as electric kettle and toaster. So these nonexistent facilities are still found in the Expedia website until today, Dec. 30 in 2025. Is it funny? Our room’s locker had issues twice time. At the first time a technician came to fix it. At the another day the room locker was not open by room card again. After the front desk staff, Carlos M., rekeyed our room card, it did not work still. Once again a technician came to carry off our room card. When the technician returned us the room card, it was working. Is it amazing? It is a good idea to compare the Expedia with other platform such as the Booking about this hotel’s amenities and the room’s facilities.

Very dirty hotel, the area around the hotel was crowded, noisy, room was ready before 3pm but they asked us to pay 30 more dollars to be able to enter the room even if we told them we drove 6 hours to get to the city. Very old room, outdated furniture, i don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing i liked it was breakfast.

I researched the area when booking, and this hotel from visual sites and ratings seems accommodating.. I checked off my boxes once I arrived. I was greeted and welcomed. A comfortable bed, a hot shower, and a cold room with A/C. They also offered breakfast, which hit the spot. The hotel is located conveniently near the airport, work, and at an affordable price. I like it and will recommend this property.

Comfortable and large room, the AC isn't the best though. Breakfast was pretty decent, but didn't vary from day to day. Just a couple of minutes walk to the shops and Plaza de Armas, plus churches and museums. Bus stops and a few convenience stories and bakeries right outside the hotel.
