DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A RELAXING SITUATION! WE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND WAS LIED TO ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. Hilton should be ashamed by the staff that work here! I would give this a 0/5 if I could. Wasn’t picked up by the shuttle service when told would arrive, no apology for this. Given a room with blocked toilet, that after maintenance was unable to fix (with a toilet brush not plunger) splashed dirty on the floor we were lied to and told no other rooms available but when we said we need them to organise a room somewhere else as a room without a toilet is unacceptable. Another room became magically available after a lot of back and forth, which ended up adding 3 hours of no sleep… which should not happen in the middle of the night. The night receptionist then told the day receptionist we had blocked the toilet which was not possible when we’d been in the room 5 mins and only done a number 1. The day receptionist then said she’d make a note of compensation and that we would get a refund if we went through hotels.com but she lied and they are refusing to give any money back even though we lost 3 extra hours of sleep, had to argue to get a room that was a serviceable room and then blamed for the problem. Completely unacceptable situation with lies after lies. They are still holding all the money hostage! Do NOT book!! Such horrendous customer service for a Hilton!!

They probably have the worst airport shuttle I have ever encountered. Some hotels have a fixed hour service, others have on demand service - they have a fixed service only once an hour (despite being 5min from the airport) that runs only on demand. The result was waiting one hour ti the shuttle despite many messages and phone call. And ti add to it you have to wait in the midfle of a huge car park far from the terminal. Otherwise the hotel is really good, especially the pool, jacuzzi and sauna area. Without the shuttle I would give it a 5/5 but the shuttle which is so critical gir hotel sirports ruins it all.

Clean rooms. Location convenient for an early morning departure otherwise it was in an industrial neighborhood and the hotel itself is gated. Staff very friendly. Airport transfer easy to find at airport, timely and easy to set up. Beds comfortable and clean. Restaurant food was good as well.

Stayed just for the ease of catching flight next morning. The concierge at the time of check-in has confirmed the next day airport shuttle, but my name wasn’t in the list in the morning, so I had to catch Uber. It was just 10 min drive to the airport anyway, but felt hustle when running with tight schedule. Other than that, I loved the professional dinner at the hotel restaurant!
