Simple room at central location

Location is great. Room is simple but adequate adequate. Hard to find as the hotel name is not on builiding. One elevator and no staff help.

Winsord Apartments made me not feel welcome.

My wife and me complained about bad service and we were tranfered to a Windsor Hotel, where service and confort were much better.

Not to bad, great pool.

Place is not just a hotel but it is a good place to stay. Very central and the views from the pool are great; although, the pool does close at eight though. Don't expect much for the breakfast.

Stedet er egentlig okay, men wifi virker tit ikke! Personalet virker aldrig rigtig glade for du er der, mere irriteret! Poolen renser de midt på dagen så du ikke må gå i! Genialt! Køkkenet på værelset har set bedre dage ikke særlig rent køkkengrej men det gik!

Péssimo (só no desespero)

Não aconselharia este hotel. A localização é bastante central mas a configuração de flat deixa os quartos com cheiro de gordura (são muito pequenos). O café da manhã é "servido" dentro do quarto. Deizam frios e frutas na geladeira e pão em cima da pia. Vale mais a pena comer fora. Não se pode dizer que tem café da manhã. Wi-fi só ao lado da recepção (não há mesas ou um lugar mais confortável para trabalhar e poder-se ver pessoas tentando se acomodar em cantos e sofás. Os travesseiros e lençóis são de limpeza duvidosa. Para conseguir a chave é preciso pescá-la em uma lata. Tivemos um caso de duas pessoas usando o mesmo quarto (tomaram banho no quarto de meu colega quando ele já havia feito o check-in).
