It was very good, the service and attention were excellent, but I have a complaint: it's in very poor decision to charge $10 USD per day for parking. If they're going to charge for it, it should be included in the nightly rate because it's unprofessional to charge the customer, and it's also quite expensive. They should change that policy.

Presento una queja formal y categórica contra el personal de recepción.
El trato irrespetuoso, abusivo y carente de profesionalismo del señor que me atendió fue tan grave que me vi forzado a abandonar el hotel, perdiendo mi estadía pese a tener una reserva válida.
Lo ocurrido es inadmisible y compromete seriamente la imagen y credibilidad del hotel. No es aceptable que un huésped sea tratado de esa manera bajo ninguna circunstancia.
Espero explicaciones claras y las medidas correctivas correspondientes.
