When we got there there was not parking as they said in the hotel amenities, we had to pay 800 pesos for overnight parking lot, the tv not working. And they only put 2 towels for 4 guest

Need to go up two flights to get to reception. Bathroom is so tiny. The bed was really hard and the room smelled "old". The good things were that the balcony was cute and facing the park and church. Also, it is walking distance to everything in the Zona Colonial and bars.

The stay was great, but the hotel didn’t have an elevador, so it was a little difficult to get my luggage to the room and even though they have someone who can help, be aware that for older people can be a little difficult to go up and down the stairs. The room was beautiful and clean, but a little noisy due to be on the Main Street. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants, gift shops, museums, grocery stores, and the ocean (no the beach).

It was a great stay except that the tv wouldn’t work. Front desk came and tried but to no avail. He said he will tell his supervisor. I checked out the following morning and there was no mention about the issue we had. Could have given us a breakfast on the house or some kind of gift. We came back to our room early to watch a movie. He said the other rooms have signal.

We stayed at this hotel the first time I came to Santo Domingo, which was exciting, but this time the service was poor. We had to carry our luggage 4 flights of stairs. The staff gave no assistance. You always have to constantly tip.
