We never ended up staying. They wouldn’t respond to let us know how to get in until I had hotels.com start contacting them then magically they started to respond. We’re just supposed to show up on the island hoping these people are going to contact us eventually? So we book other accommodation. They dropped the ball and they know it. Stay Clear
