Probably the best villa with the best view you can get in Oia!! See the pictures for yourself. The Villa is spotless, staff met us at the Oia Post Office, and escorted us to the Villa. He's helpful and any questions you have he will try to help. Housekeeping did a good job, cleaned our villa every day with new clean towels. Gave a tips to them for their hardwork. The hot tub with the view... something you'll remember for a long time. The Terrace on top of the Villa is all for your private use, probably the best terrace with the best view in the whole Oia!! We came to Santorini at the end of Oct, it was quiet but we love it, temperature still very mild 22c+. From this Villa, I got the sunset and the sunrise of Santorini I came to see. A pricey villa, but you definitely get what you paid for, no regrets whatsoever.

The location was right next to the Oia bus terminal and right behind the Blue Dome main sights, so everything was so convenient and beautiful. The place was very cozy as well.

Very good location

Villa is very near the popular tourist spots in Oia. One can go strolling during the early hours of the morning to avoid the tourist crowds. Konstantinos, the host, was also very helpful and responsive. Just a suggestion though — airconditioning unit in the villa assigned to us may have to be upgraded already as it didn’t make the room as cool as we wanted it to be.

Location, Location, location. If you are looking to have the Santorini experience this is it, specially after seeing all the people waiting for a few hours to see the sunset. You have one of the best lo locations to see the sunset. Go to to grocery store ( 5 minutes walk, where you get dropped off when arriving) and get your self a bottle of wine, you be saving a lot money by doing that. The apartment/house is cute just dont bring a lot of luggage or you will run out of space. The bathroom and common areas smell, I was told it is normal in Oia. Management was fast to reply always and the ladies who clean are very helpful respectful. Make sure to ask for help with luggage there are a lot of steps and a little confusing to find the place at first.

The sunset view from the terrace was very nice but the property does not have privacy. It is located on busy tourist street. The bathroom is small, run down and smells really bad, nothing like the pictures. The basement bedroom is like sleeping in a dungeon.

Al mansion property

The place is amazing! You just gotta be careful on what you book and really read the description of the property. Not all of them has a hot tub, only two of the property. We ended up staying at the Al Mansion one. No hot tub but the place is absolutely beautiful, however it’s has a private rooftop which is super nice! the host of this property is amazing as well. She took really good care if us!

Difficult to find on GPS.

This apartment is nothing like the pictures used for the property. You can NOT see the sunset from the apartment and there are no lounge chairs on a roof top. This apartment is very small and just off one alley way in the center of Is. it’s an amazing location but difficult to find when checking in. Make sure you make contact with the manager about your arrival time, especially if you do not have cell service. There is NO front desk or meeting area, so I highly recommend having her meet you at the bus stop so she can walk with you there.

Misleading pictures and description! Be aware.

When I booked this suite, I was expecting a nice place where to spend my nights in Santorini, with a terrace where to see the sunset and also a jacuzzi...unfortunately, it happened that I stayed in a kind of “storage room” underneath the actual suite. The room is tiny, facing a busy walking area making hard to sleep until late. There is no real shower, only a toilet with the shower head and a drain; the little boiler will give you a hard time to take a warm shower anyway...1x1.5mt and no sink: brush your teeth in the mini-kitchen sink. The bed is situated on top of narrow stairs, and it’s almost attached to the ceiling. Something weird to address is that me and my girlfriend felt itching legs and arms during all night...maybe the bed-lines... Summary of the story: the description of the room has many different pictures that belongs to different suites and it’s really misleading. If you want to spend your night in a nice and romantic place, make sure you book somewhere else.

Location is near bus station but nowhere near you can watch the sunset on the property. The Alsaki suite is super tiny and so close to the roads where people walks by you can hear everything from the other bar/ restaurant next door. It’s not what It looks in the pics esp the bathroom

Al’s Mansion is only a stone throw away from everything i.e. the bus station, the main shops/restaurants and the famous sunset place. The house itself is beautiful with the added bonus of a rooftop to view the sunset away from the crowd. Since this is not a hotel there is nobody at the property 24/7 so the only downside is you have to make sure you communicate early with the property manager your time/mode of arrival so somebody will meet up with you. But otherwise our stay was spectacular. I will highly recommend this place.

Beautiful views

It’s a beautiful location. It was difficult to speak with the people in charge of the property thru WhatsApp but they were very friendly. We arrived on an early flight and the house would not be ready till 2pm which is check in, we asked if we could leave our bags there but they said no. The maid met us at the post office after 2:20pm which was annoying because we were exhausted and carrying all our bags. We got to the house and there was no hot water in the shower and honestly I was over calling the house people. We dealt with it, the house itself is charming, and the views perfect. We would stay there again just probably handled it a little different.

It’s a small room at the corner, no signs to indicate that it’s the room. There’s no check-in reception, be sure to call up to let them know of your arrival before you reach. Room is clean and cosy! No views from the room but you can walk out to watch amazing sunset views.

Modern ‘cave’ house with sunset views

This was a great place to stay in Oia. It’s a modern ‘cave’ house built into the caldera right next to the old fort. It faces the setting sun and has its own private rooftop terrace where you can sit to view the wonderful sunsets. It also has a lower dining patio, also with wonderful views. Inside it has a living area with kitchenette, a ‘cave’ bathroom, 2 ‘cave’ bedrooms with very comfortable king size beds and a further bedroom with a small double bed and a single bed on a mezzanine level. It was a great base for our 10-day holiday and I would thoroughly recommend it. Joanna, the host, was very welcoming and helpful.
