Great business option

Stayed for business. Clean room. Street where hotel is located is a bit rough, exercise caution when walking in the neighborhood. Uber works great in São Carlos. Two issues I had with the Hotel were the Wifi, quality was acceptable but system kept asking for username/password multiple times a day. Also you can hear everything on the door next room, a bit less if the bathroom door is closed.

Staff is super nice. Hotel is clean and quiet. Good room size. Breakfast is also very good.

Bom, mas pode melhorar

O quarto é confortável, limpo e aconchegante. As roupas de cama estavam limpas, o que é um ponto importante. O café da manhã é bom e tem um espaço agradável. O atendimento também é bom e todas as manhãs são realizadas as limpezas necessárias. A localização do hotel é um ponto BEM positivo. Pontos que acredito que não me agradaram tanto, que podem melhorar: 1. A cama é muito baixa, ainda que não atrapalhe, é um pouco estranho; 2. A TV estava com uma péssima qualidade de imagem, me lembrei das TVs antigamente, que ficavam com a imagem xiando; 3. O Ar condicionado estava um pouco barulhento, ainda que não tenha impedido ninguém de dormir, são pontos que podem melhorar; 4. O banheiro não tem box e isso foi um ponto bem negativo, no lugar há cortinas e querendo o não, o banheiro fica bem melhorado após o uso. 5. Ainda sobre o banheiro, não há exaustor e se havia não tava funcionando, portanto, após o banho é deixar a porta aberta e a janela do quarto para que a fumaça possam se dissipar; 6. A porta do banheiro abre para dentro do quarto, o que é sim estranho e nesses momentos de dissipação de fumaça fica um tanto desconfortável. Mesmo com esses pontos observados neste quarto de casal, o ambiente é aconchegante e cumpriu com nossas necessidades.

Superou as nossas expectativas. Adoramos as barras dentro do box, pois proporciona nos mais segurança na hora do banho. Achamos o quarto muito confortável. A única observação é o fato do cartão para acesso ao quarto ter parado de funcionar antes de fazermos o checkout e ainda não era meio dia nos causa do um certo constrangimento. De resto, nota 10!
