Good hotel, clean and nice breakfast. However, the area around is not the safest. By car or Uber you should be fine though.

Great business option

Stayed for business. Clean room. Street where hotel is located is a bit rough, exercise caution when walking in the neighborhood. Uber works great in São Carlos. Two issues I had with the Hotel were the Wifi, quality was acceptable but system kept asking for username/password multiple times a day. Also you can hear everything on the door next room, a bit less if the bathroom door is closed.

Staff is super nice. Hotel is clean and quiet. Good room size. Breakfast is also very good.
