Funcionário gritando e xingando na recepção

Inaceitável um funcionário na noite do dia 24/09 descontrolado e raivoso no ambiente da recepção do hotel por causa de algum problema que teve por lá, xingando em voz alta, sem se preocupar com hóspedes que estavam ali no ambiente, e sem que nenhum gerente/superior resolvesse isso. O quarto é ótimo, limpo e muito confortável. Mas o café da manhã deixou a desejar, pois as mesas disponíveis são insuficientes, e quando liberadas não eram limpas com frequência, e sem a reposição de itens básicos, como talheres.

Achamos o hotel ótimo! Quarto espaçoso, ar condicionado, frigobar, chuveiro a gás muito bom, estacionamento amplo, área externa muito agradável, café bom, atendentes simpáticos (deixo um elogio especial para uma moça da cozinha, que foi super atenciosa com as minhas filhas). Tem só um ponto que deixo como sugestão de melhoria: o box do banheiro. A porta de vidro abre em cima do registro de água, assim não conseguimos abrir o chuveiro sem estar totalmente dentro do box. Isso inviabiliza dar banho em uma criança. É preciso o adulto entrar no box e se molhar inteiro para isso. A porta deveria abrir para o outro lado, de forma com que os pais possam abrir/fechar e temperar a água estando do lado de fora. Aqui também relacionado ao box, fica a sugestão para a instalação de um varal de box, aquele que fica uma pecinha bem pequena pregada na parede com a cordinha embutida. Porque o hotel tem piscina, mas não existe onde pendurar a roupa de banho no quarto, porque o box vai até o teto. Uma pecinha simples dessa, comum em hoteis, resolveria. Apenas isso. O restante foi nota 10!
