Minha experiência no hotel ficou abaixo do esperado para o valor da diária. O banheiro apresentava vazamento, o frigobar estava vazio e o quarto tinha marcas visíveis nas paredes, o que passa sensação de falta de manutenção. Além disso, a janela ficava muito próxima à rampa da garagem, comprometendo o conforto. A piscina também não estava limpa, o que nos fez optar por não utilizá-la.

Prezados, Venho por meio desta registrar minha insatisfação com a hospedagem no Hotel Litorânea Praia, devido a uma série de problemas graves que comprometeram totalmente minha estadia. Primeiramente, as condições do quarto são inaceitáveis. O ambiente apresentava forte cheiro de mofo, além de limpeza inadequada, pois o quarto ainda continha areia, demonstrando falta de higienização básica. O quarto, além de péssimo, foi localizado ao lado da área de descanso dos funcionários, o que por si só já demonstra descaso com o conforto do hóspede. O atendimento da recepção também foi extremamente decepcionante. Os funcionários se mostraram grossos, sem educação e sem qualquer disposição para ouvir ou resolver os problemas relatados, tratando a situação com total indiferença. Outro ponto gravíssimo foi a barulheira constante vinda da área de descanso dos funcionários, localizada ao lado do quarto que me foi destinado. Diariamente, no horário aproximado das 06:30 às 08:00, houve gritos, risadas altas, conversas em tom elevado, pessoas derrubando objetos no chão, batendo na parede, além de comentários pessoais e conversas inadequadas, como se estivessem dentro do quarto. A sensação é de que não existe qualquer respeito pelo hóspede, tornando impossível dormir ou descansar minimamente. Além disso, o café da manhã oferecido pelo hotel é extremamente precário. Em dias anteriores, já apresentava pouquíssimas opções, limitando-se praticamente a pão, presunto e mussarela, além de bolo seco, s

Tudo correu dentro do esperado. Mais relevante é a localização e um restaurante anexo , com bom preço. Ponto a ser comentado , quem deixa chateado é a falta de sensibilidade em relação horário de check in. Não é uma reclamação pois estava no acordado ,mas um desabafo , já é um absurdo pagar por 24 h e ter direito a 22h, erro que está senão corrigido pelo congresso. Mas chegamos 1h e 30 m antes e por conta de passeio meu check out seria 5h antes. Seria bem confortável para nós , uma antecipação,que fosse alguns minutos ,mas o hotel não teve essa sensibilidade e liberou o quarto as14h. Viajo bastante ,e em muitos hotéis isso não foi problema. Mas é a visão de cada empresário , da mesma forma que o hotel não disponibiliza agua na recepção, custo mínimo para uma recepção calorosa. Uma jarra saborizada ou mesmo uma água simples para chegada dos hóspedes . Detalhe mínimo que me faz não repetir a estada no hotel. Viva a concorrência. Obrigado

O ponto forte foi a localização, frente mar e em frente a uma barraca de praia e ao lado de um excelente restaurante italiano e o tamanho do apto que fiquei. Os aptos mais baixos apresentaram cheiro de mofo, porém eu pedi pra trocar e conseguiram um melhor pra mim no terceiro andar . O cafe da manhã estava bom e a qualidade do banho foi boa .
