Great communication between host and our family. Please ensure you communicate through the WhatsApp though as this is the way to get in touch with your host. Property was clean, safe, and close to many São Paulo points of interest.

Neighbors are very noisy. Also check in is absolutely worst experience ever, their digital pre check in doesn’t function as it should. I got about 15-20 mail and WhatsApp messages to do the check in. Also junkies that pee everywhere in the area, it stinks.

The location and property are good, but the reception was horrible, the receptionists had no information about which room I would be staying in and I didn't even have contact with the owner. I won't be staying there again. I arrived tired and couldn't get in and had to book another room somewhere else. I was only able to stay the next day.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia, o quarto era muito funcional e acomodou muito bem 3 pessoas. O ambiente do prédio e academia são excelentes, a piscina é maravilhosa até a noite. A equipe da portaria que no dia 11 era excelente. Só é meio complicado o acesso ao prédio de carro, pois há uma mudança de faixa quase em frente ao prédio que é proibida, mas seria necessária pra chegada ao mesmo, que depois vimos que muitas pessoas fazem. Mas recomendamos!

Fiquei extremamente satisfeito com a minha estadia. A localização do hotel é excelente, com fácil acesso a várias atrações da cidade, restaurantes e transporte público. O atendimento foi impecável do início ao fim. A equipe é atenciosa, cordial e sempre disposta a ajudar. A limpeza do apartamento também merece destaque: o quarto estava bem limpo e é bem funcional, oferecendo tudo o que eu precisava para uma estadia confortável, atendeu todas as minhas expectativas e proporcionou uma experiência agradável e sem contratempos. Propiedad que requiere tener un personal más atento y más aplicado a dar un mejor servicio aunque estos son apartamentos que alquilan los propietarios pero no están muy atento a todo en mi caso se tapó la poceta y lavaplatos y adicional el aseo de apto hay que pagarlo aparte creo q deberían incluir todo mejor servicio y de ubicación bien pero pueden mejorar
