O apartamento é bem estruturado e organizado. E a limpeza estava bem feita. É uma estadia confortável para duas pessoas, caso o seu intuito seja aproveitar e passear bastante pela cidade de São Paulo.

O apartamento estava super limpo, cheiroso, com tudo muito bem arrumado. Nos sentimos bem confortáveis com o espaço, que dá tranquilo para duas pessoas. O bairro é residencial, super tranquilo, com pouco movimento durante o dia e a noite. Tem uma excelente padaria bem na esquina da rua do hotel, a Brooklin Bakery, vale muito a pena conferir. Tem também um mini mercado do bairro, que serve muito bem para compras rápidas no dia a dia. A mobilidade urbana é fácil, com grandes avenidas próximas. Conseguimos ir e vir de onibus e metrô com muita rapidez. Há também um ponto com produtos variados a venda no hall de entrada do condomínio. A comunicação foi muito tranquila, tivemos nossas dúvidas respondidas com rapidez. Voltarei a me hospedar com a smart studios mais vezes.

Tive uma estadia tranquila, a localização é muito boa fica perto do aeroporto e do vibra São Paulo. O bairro é tranquilo e tem supermercado e padaria bem próximo. A limpeza estava perfeita quando chegamos. A nossa chave deu um problema mas assim que ligamos foi resolvido. Recomendo!!
