We love staying here. We stay at least once a year. They need to do some remodeling, but doesn’t reduce the value of this place. I wish they would at least upgrade their tv to smart TVs.

The flat was clean but the kitchen had almost nothing! The curtains could not get totally shut. The curtains in the living room was not good. There was plenty of space in the wardrobe and the bathroom was big. The breakfast was very convenient

Lived in this hotel for 2 months a decade ago. Staff is good, food is reasonable, but the facility needs remodeling. Air conditioning was not working, WiFi never worked in the room, one elevator broke down, and furniture (including beds) needs renewal.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. The rooms were musty from mold. Bathroom showers were loaded with mold. It was disgusting. O quarto é bem cuidado, muito espaçoso, o café da manhã simples mas muito gostoso, no entanto a equipe foi extremamente rude. Fomos atendida por uma moça loira. Quando dissemos que havíamos reservado pelo Hoteis.com, ela disse: "ai então vocês que fazem o cadastro", enviou o link e assim fizemos. A diferença de atendimento entre quem havia reservado pelo hotel e pelo hoteis.com era nítida. Enfim, após preencher seguimos para o quarto. A maçaneta da porta estava quebrada, fizemos contato para solicitar ajuda, através do whatsapp, nos disseram que estariam subindo. Não subiram, minha filha desceu para solicitar, mais uma vez ajuda, a equipe estava rindo (2 moças e dois rapazes) aí sim ele subiu. Nos deixaram 35 minutos em pé, com as malas, no corredor dos quartos. Fiquei muito chateada e abismada com o atendimento. Um desrespeito. Uma pena.

Fizemos nossa reserva por 2 noites pois iriamos participar de festas nas redondezas e preferimos nao dirigir de volta a SP. As condiçoes do quarto são péssimas. Piso desgastado, cortina rasgada, ar condicionado que nao funciona corretamente , tudo isso somado a um check demorado e pouco profissional. Me causou espanto hotel em Alphaville , notadamente um destino de negocios, ter quartos em consições tao precarias. Não conseguimos ficar para a segunda noite e mudamos de hotel. Gerente disse que ia providenciar reembolso e estamos aguradando. Conclusão - Melhor pargar R$150 a mais e ficar no Radison.

O hotel tem uma ótima infraestrutura, pessoal da recepção todos gentis e muito educados. Pontos a serem melhorados é de limpeza, com certeza o quarto que ficamos precisava de uma limpeza mais pesada, havia sujeira no box do banheiro, com rejuntes escuros de mofo, as cortinas, especialmente do quarto estavam todas mofadas e com mau cheiro! A organização diária estava em ordem.
