Dear Expedia Customer Service, I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the service we received at Hotel Global Grupos do Brasil in São Paulo, which we booked through your platform. Upon arrival, we were assigned the wrong room. After bringing this to the hotel’s attention, they assured us that the issue would be resolved the next morning. Based on this promise, I booked an additional room at the same hotel using my Expedia rewards. However, after the first night, we followed up again, and the staff began giving us different excuses, while still promising to resolve the issue by evening. When we returned later that day, they informed us the hotel was fully booked, and we remained in the same small, uncomfortable room. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Frankly, we can’t help but feel we may have been treated unfairly, possibly due to being American tourists. Before leaving a negative public review, I wanted to give you the opportunity to review this situation and hopefully take appropriate action. I trust that Expedia values its customers and will help resolve this matter. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your prompt response.

Ficamos na suite master quarto 2003, bem espaçoso e a cama muito boa com roupas de camas boas, porém o chuveiro é horrível a água demora pra esquentar, sai pouca água e a temperatura fica oscilando o tempo todo, além de vazar água pelo box do banheiro. O barulho do trânsito na rua incomoda bastante, quem tem sono leve e quer descansar, não vale a pena. Não é recomendado andar a pé pelas ruas pois tem muito mendigo e parece perigoso, a estação de metrô é um pouco distante do hotel, porém a localização é boa para quem quer ir à compras no Brás ou na Liberdade comer uma boa comida. O café da manhã é bem básico, poderia ser melhor, já que pagamos a parte (40,00). Senti falta de frutas, mais opções de suco, iogurte. Os ovos mexidos não estava muito bom, e os salgados muito maçudos e frios.

Barulhos vindos da rua

O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom, mais oque deixou muito a desejar foi o quarto que foi disponibilizado para minha família pois ficava de frente para uma avenida e as janelas não tinham nenhum tipo de isolamento acústico fazendo com que todos os barulhos e ruídos vindos da rua parecesse que eram dentro do quarto ficando impossível de dormir anoite, mesmo após pedirmos e mostrar com vídeos os sons que escutávamos anoite não fomos remanejados para outro quarto fazendo com que tivéssemos esse pessima experiencia.Nao recomendo pra ninguém.

Excelente atendimento, quarto confortabilíssimo

Eu vou dar nota 10 pela estrutura do hotel. Vou detalhar que fiquei hoapedada no primeiro andar, o hotel tem elevador. Estacionei meu carro e paguei 100 reais e me desloquei com uber pq SP é complicado mas isso ja estava previsto. Fomos bem atendidos por TODOS! O nosso quarto era muitissimo confortável! E X C E L E N T E mas infelizmente na nossa primeira noite a prefeitura resolveu fazer obra bem em frente causando transtorno sonoro ate quase amanhecer MAS isso nao tem nada haver com o hotel MAS se vc é um pouco mais intolerante a ruído, peça por quartos na parte de tras do hotel. Cafe da manha otimo! EXCELENTE HOSPEDAGEM!
