Awful location

Such a shame about this hotel. The room and breakfast was nice however the area is awful. Did not feel safe at all during the stay, noise constantly even through the night as music was blaring from outside. Barely slept the 2 nights we were there. When walking around it was dirty and uncomfortable. I don’t think a hotel should be in this area especially for tourists as it ruined our trip to São Paulo and do not want to return. The young men at reception were very helpful getting our bus tickets.

Ótimo custo benefício. Hotel com estrutura bem cuidada, limpa e confortável, café da manhã padrão, bem abastecido e bons alimentos, funcionários muito atenciosos, com segurança(presença de viatura), praticamente de frente para estação da Luz(fácil locomoção). Gostei e recomendo!

Atendimento muito bom da recepção, mas a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar em toda a estadia, inclusive por dois dias não tivemos limpeza no quarto, banheiro mesmo após “limpo” com odor de xixi, pia sebosa com sujeira nas bordas e manchada de sujo (eu mesma realizei a limpeza e saiu fácil), a sensação que só passam um pano e não limpam nada.

Achei o lugar em volta meio perigoso pra andar, mas o hotel é bom, única coisa foi que uns certos indivíduos que acham que mandam em tudo estavam meio morto de fome, a pessoa mal abastecia eles pulavam em cima , achei feio isso, o lugar o quarto bem legal, dormir de dia não dá, muito barulho de obra, de resto estava bom

A estadia em geral foi muito boa e vale pelo custo benefício. O quarto um pouco antigo, principalmente o banheiro. O café da manhã muito bom, e atendimento dos funcionários também. No entorno tem várias pessoas em situação de rua e usuários de drogas. Mas tem bastante policiamento na região também. E como o Uber para na porta, isso não é um problema.
