Property is great!! but their check in and communication is awful. Their system only works if you have WhatsApp and they respond really slow- then you get a message to go to website to check in, and when that works you can enter the building. The property is so great but their attempt to have no personal interface with you at the building wasted a lot of time and caused a lot of frustration.

If you expect to ever speak to a human being you can forget it. Check in process is terrible, no room service during my two week stay or offer any new towels. The walls are paper thin and well you hear everything from other rooms. Don't know for sure but the oldest profession in the world most likely takes place.

Bem Localizado e Seguro

O local é ótimo, com padaria, bar, restaurante e supermercado perto. O studio bem mobiliado e decorado, a entrada sem problemas. Apenas 2 pontos foram ruins na estadia: o banheiro tem um cheirinho insistente de esgoto (ficamos o tempo todo com o exaustor ligado para não espalhar pelo quarto) e o alarme de incêndio disparou por erro do sistema na madrugada do domingo para a segunda, tivemos que descer 14 andares de escada e aguardar regularizar (demorou 2h).

Localização fácil, perto de mercado e do que eu precisava para trabalho. Custo benefício muito bom. Pena que tinha um cheiro forte de cigarro que reclamei na entrada mas não havia outro quarto disponível no momento para troca.
