I really liked the location, and the room was nice with a great view. However, the staff is generally terrible, almost non of them speak basic English and they are when I asked for a bucket of ice I got a response of “let me check”. The room floor was quite dirty yet the cleaning staff were pleasant and almost always available. We had no internet at the room or even anywhere else in the hotel and the staff were useless for the whole 6 days stay. Clean and centrally located.

Not what I expected size wise, the room was tiny I felt like a room of a cruise ship. Pictures made it look larger. Lobby was nice, lacked pillows, everything elsw was up to standards.

Terrible and expansive

The hotel is so dirty. The hallways carpet are terribly dirty. The entire hotel smells very bad including the room. The towels are a joke. Check in is very slow. Breakfast is kind ok. Location is good. The price is high and the hotel is terrible.
