Feedback sobre estadia no hotel

Gostaria de compartilhar algumas observações referentes à minha estadia em seu hotel. De forma geral, as instalações são muito boas, e o quarto em que fiquei é confortável, aconchegante e bem equipado, oferecendo diversos itens para uso, como ferro de passar, talheres, pratos, copos, cafeteira e pia. Entretanto, identifiquei alguns pontos que poderiam ser aprimorados: 1 - Café da manhã: as opções são limitadas, e alguns itens, como pães, frios e bolos, apresentam qualidade abaixo do esperado. 2 - Conduta de funcionários: em duas ocasiões, houve entrada no quarto sem a devida autorização. Na primeira situação, uma funcionária responsável pela reposição do frigobar bateu na porta, mas iniciou a abertura antes que pudéssemos atender. Na segunda, outra funcionária entrou no quarto por engano, enquanto eu e minha esposa estávamos nos trocando após o banho. Felizmente, estávamos em um local fora da visão da porta, mas o incidente causou desconforto. Sugiro que essas situações possam ser minimizadas por meio de treinamentos mais frequentes com os funcionários e/ou a instalação de trincos internos nos quartos, permitindo que os hóspedes possam trancar a porta quando estiverem presentes. Agradeço a atenção e fico à disposição para qualquer esclarecimento adicional.

We loved it! It's located in a lovely green neighborhood. The staff is very friendly. We felt very safe. It's easy to get around with Uber. We would come back for sure.

Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã é bem completo e gostoso. Porém sentimos falta de alguns cuidados. Ficamos 4 dias hospedados no hotel e durante esses 4 dias, um dos elevadores não estava funcionando, o que atrasava o translado para todos no hotel , durante o dia inteiro. Além disso, só houve serviço de quarto em um dia, de resto, o quarto ficou sem arrumar. O banheiro também é bem pequeno e simples, e a cama já está um pouco antiga. No mais, é um hotel bem localizado , sempre que precisamos de algo, nos atenderam com presteza.

Funcionário Alex na recepção muito prestativo, cheguei pela manhã e mediante o pagamento de uma taxa pude fazer a entrada antecipada visto que precisava tomar banho e trocar de roupa para uma reunião e ele foi muito agilizado neste atendimento. A limpeza do banheiro que deixa a desejar, box sujo entre o rejunte. Na copa os talheres e copos ficam expostos sem proteção. Falta cuidado no geral do prédio. Café da manhã bem simples porém, atende para uma estada curta.

A localização do hotel é excelente! Muito próximo do parque Ibirapuera e localizado em um bairro bonito e tranquilo. Ao lado tem um restaurante América. A academia é um ponto positivo, o café da manhã é bom também. Mas o quarto necessita de manutenção, banheiro muito pequeno, a manutenção tb necessária, a cama estava afundada. E as janelas não vedam o barulho dos aviões que passam a toda hora.
