Uma ótima escolha!

Quarto compacto e bem confortável, instalações novas, completo com equipamentos como micro-ondas, sanduicheira, cafeteira, secador de cabelos entre outros. localização ótima, visto que íamos a um show no Allianz Arena; foi uma caminhada fácil de 5 minutos de distância. Proximidade de um bom supermercado a 1 quarteirão de distância é uma vantagem. O pessoal do hotel foi sempre muito prestativo e cordial! Cobertura muito agradável, com boa piscina e lounge.
Vista da cobertura; dava até para ouvir um pouco do show na arena!

Estadia de duas noites e um dia e meio

A recepção é boa, fomos bem atendidos. O quarto em si não era confortável como parecia, o coxão era duro, o futon era bom, porém não era um quarto pra três pessoas como dizia no anúncio, o microondas não tinha prato pra esquentar as coisas, toalhas apenas pra duas pessoas e foi pedido pra três e estava no anúncio que eram 3 adultos. O banheiro é minúsculo, quase não se entrava no box, além do piso ser escorregadio.

Foi tudo exatamente como combinado. O lugar estava limpo e pronto para minha chegada. Toalhas e lenções limpinhos! O espaço é pequeno, mas eu já esperava por isso, é MUITO perto do Allianz, então vale a pena cada centavo se vc for em evento lá. Siga as regras do local e não terá problemas.

O flat é bom, boa localização para o estádio, mas o terrível foi o check-in, o porteiro é super sem educação, ironico, sem preparo, quase desistimos e tinha vários outros hospedes reclamando do mesmo. Se melhorar o check-in fica muito bom.

Anúncio não reflete a realidade!!! Cuidado.

O edifício é novo, moderno e conta com uma excelente estrutura. O problema aqui é que o anúncio não reflete a realidade. O flat deve ter no máximo uns 18m2 e sem vista, contudo pelas imagens aparentava ter varanda e ser de frente para o Allianz Parque. Tem apenas uma cama de casal e duas cadeiras que estavam bambas e impróprias para uso. O banheiro é mínimo e a área do chuveiro extremamente apertada. Só valeu mesmo pela localização uma vez que meu foco principal era um show no Allianz. Mas em termos de conforto a nota é zero. Sugiro ainda que a Hoteis.com passe a exigir de seus anunciantes que as fotos sejam da proprieade que está sendo de fato anunciada. As imagens eram de um flat com varanda e o que recebi foi literalmente um cubículo com mobiliário que aparentava ser novo mas estava em péssimas condições. Informei ao responsável pelo check in que se limitou a dizer que verificaria com o Hoteis.com e não me retornou mais qualquer contato. Ao abordar empregados da recepção do edifício e questionar sobre o caso apenas riram e deixaram claro que isso era algo que já estavam acostumados a ouvir. Enfim, tomem cuidado com esses anúncios de flat. Aluguei um estúdio e recebi um quartinho mínimo.

Ótima estadia, a localização do condomínio para eventos no Allianz Parque é perfeita. O prédio oferece a cobertura coletiva cuja vista é espetacular. O apartamento estava limpo e desinfetado e com aquilo que é necessário para duas pessoas mesmo que você tenha contratado 3 ou 4 pessoas. Recomendo levar uma manta ou lençol extra porque será cobrada utilização desses itens (a partir de 3) na acomodação. O atendimento pela equipe do prédio é muito boa, todos educados e simpáticos.

Ótimo!

Estadia de qualidade, ótima localização, ao lado de fato do Allianz parque, a propriedade em si é bem aconchegante, gostei bastante. Porém, precisam melhorar o ar condicionado do quarto, não gelava de jeito nenhum e esse dia estava um calor terrível, mesmo tudo fechado o ar não funcionou de fato. O prédio em si, a recepção precisa melhorar muito, principalmente quando tiver shows no estádio, pois faz com que lote e as pessoas procurem por acomodações mais perto, e a recepção não estava prepara para isso. Demora muito para liberar, os elevadores não deram conta, então fique muito tempo esperando para conseguir subir para meu quarto. Não consegui ter acesso à piscina, diversas burocracias e falta de organização no check-in. Acho que a propriedade também deveria avisar que iriam enviar mensagens via whatsapp para pedir suas informações para realizar o cadastro de acesso a propriedade, pois quem não está acostumado pode achar estranho passar dados assim. E também os quartos poderiam tem cortinas na parte de dentro para tirar a claridade e conseguir dormir, só as cortinas da varanda não dão conta. Fora isso eu adorei o quarto, tudo acessível, bem aconchegante, organizado, gostei bastante tirando as exceções. Certamente seria um local onde eu me hospedaria mais vezes se melhorassem essas questões. :)

Hospedagem boa mas que cabe pequenas melhorias.

A acomodação é boa, a localização pra mim, é excelente. Porém existem alguns pontos a melhorar. Só são fornecidos dois travesseiros bem finos. Pedimos 2 travesseiros excedentes mas foi cobrado à parte.A cama também merecia um investimento melhor, pois o colchão é bem fino, tornando a cama muito dura. Senti falta de panos de prato e/ou papel toalha na parte da cozinha. Fora isso, achei a qualidade do quarto e do edifício muito boas. Me hospedaria novamente.
