新しいホテルでとても綺麗でした。 ハイセンスなカッコ良さがあり、部屋にはなかったけど、各階にあるウォーターサーバーもナイス！！ ひとつ残念なのは、部屋の掃除がイマイチだったこと。 あのテーブルは拭いていないな コーヒーの後が残ったままで、自分で拭く羽目に、、、 まぁ、許せる範囲内ではあったので。

朝食を当日つけることができず、朝食難民になった。非常に一辺倒な対応で柔軟さがない。子供2人連れている自分はとても困った。目の前で、「断っていいですか？」などとマネージャーかだれかに電話で聞いたり、目の前でスタッフ同士で「断って」などと不作法なとやりとりしており、非常に素人くさく、不愉快だった。

客室は思ったより狭いが我慢出来るが、ベッドの高さが↕️高くて座れない(登るという感じ) ツインなのに小さな椅子が一つ有るだけ。テーブルも無い。低い？ベッドルームが有るかと聞いても無いと言われ、椅子も無いと言われ、主人が１階から(許可をもらって)運んで来た。大浴場があったのがすべてもの救い。
