A bit far but price reasonable and free spa bath

The hotel location is a bit far. 7' walk to Susukino station, starting point of the underground pedestrians walkway all the way to Sapporo station. We enjoyed the Spa bath which is free for guests. The hotel service is good. The double room is ok except the bed matress and blanket cleanliness are not really good.

Great Location, Great to Relax!

While the room was relatively small, it was pretty standard size for a hotel room in a major Japanese city. It was clean with all standard amenities provided. The breakfast was fantastic - a good range of both Japanese and western foods. The baths were great but took some getting used to. I personally found the largest bath a bit too hot, but the other one right next to it and the sauna were just fine.

Great hotel, be aware of the "spa"

Great, simple stay. Close to susukini station and the little tram that goes around town. Lots of nightlife and food, close to major stations. The only negative is that it's labeled as a spa/hot springs in the hotel, it's actually a Japanese bath house which is completely different. Still awesome, but we (as westerners) weren't really ready for it as its all nude, we thought we'd be sitting in hot tubs/hot springs, but it's not really the case. Still a great experience and I'd recommend it.

Relaxation in hot spa whenever you want

The hotel is located close to Susukino, where you will find various kinds of night entertainment from karaoke to bar hopping. I only stayed one night at the hotel, but I was completely satisfied with their spa and breakfast considering the price I paid. Spa area was clean as a staff frequently check and keep it neat and tidy. Water in the bath contained iron and salt, which did not irritate my skin. They have one roof bath each for men and for ladies, where you can watch TV until midnight. Spa rules were clearly stated in English on the wall of the elevator. Breakfast buffet has to be another feature of this hotel. You can enjoy traditional Japanese, American and or Continental breakfast. The only thing I did not like about the room was that the bathroom smelled a little. It did not reallly ruin my stay because I did not take a shower there and used spa instead. In my opinion, the hotel can offer excellent relaxation for the price, especially for spa lovers.

Awesome service from the staff. Some might not able to speak English but still try their best. Unable to enjoy their spa due to fatigue and a little unsure of rules in using it. But will definitely give their spa a try if I ever go again. Worth the stay!

The natural spa is great and I highly recommend. However, the carpet in the room feels like cannot be barefooted and there's some mark on the quilt. Except and cleanliness, this hotel is quite good.

Great hotel a few blocks away from the susukino subway station . It has its own hot springs spa which is great. Excellent hotel breakfast. We enjoyed staying here and would come back.

Close to the nightlife

Very reasonably priced and good location. 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to the night life. Only issue was no literature mentioned that people with tattoos are not allowed in the hotel onsen. The hotel should include this information on their site and material in your room.

繁華街から近過ぎず遠すぎず

すすきの駅からは丁度良い距離にありました。駅に向かう道は風俗街をぬけていく必要があります。 ホテルの設備としては温泉があることが格安な割に素晴らしい設備でした。部屋は少し狭く、ベッドの横に携帯の充電器もありましたが、iPhoneの現在の物がなかったのが残念でした。バスルームの臭気も少し気になりましたが、その他は問題なく過ごせました。

【良い点】温泉が朝10時までやってて遅く帰っても癒されたこと。「禁煙」で予約してたがチェックインしたお部屋がたばこ臭がしてお部屋の交換をお願いしたら丁寧にしていただけたこと。食べようと思ってた有名ラーメン「信玄」がすぐ近くなこと！ 【悪い点】南北線、豊水線どちらの駅からもちょっと遠いです。お部屋古いです。部屋の洗面台が小さすぎて顔洗えないです！

立地条件が良いです。天然温泉もルームキーが有れば時間制限がほぼ無いです。お風呂好きにはたまりません。枕もフロントでリクエストできます。部屋着としては良いのですが、寝る時に着るには好まない素材だったため浴衣をリクエストしました。

アーケードのある商店街から歩けば、苦にならない。

最寄駅から、１０分くらいかかるが、アーケードを抜ければあまり苦にならない。 アーケード途中には、観光案内所・飲食店・土産物店がそろっている。 朝食の内容に関しては、わりと豪華。 温泉大浴場も、14：30～翌日１０：００頃まで入れます。
