Love the view.

Beautiful view of Sapporo from the floor to ceiling window wall in our room. Comfortable couch by the window perfect for enjoying the scenery. Beds were Western height and comfortable. Room is only cleaned every other day but they left fresh towels in a bag on our door handle. Only a short and level walk from the north exit of the train station. There is a small 7-11 actually inside the lobby for snack emergencies. Superior hotel.

The hotel is new and clean. location is good, if walk slowly, itā€™s about 10mins walk from the station. Onsen is good, its not crowded after 11pm. If the lighting in roomā€™s toilet is brighter, it will be perfect.

Nice clean fresh hotel. Close to the train station and car rental place, which was the biggest reason we picked it. The rooms are nice too! The restaurant was too busy the first day of our stay . Long wait to get into the breakfast buffet was one of the downsides. The other one, was an extremely busy onsen at night. Not too much variety for breakfast either. But it was ok. Other than that I would stay here again. And just use the bathroom instead of onsen next time.

We stayed in an Accessible Queen Room with Sofa Bed and had a great experience overall. The room was originally designed for elderly guests, so it was incredibly spaciousā€”big enough to open three large suitcases at the same time without feeling cramped. The hotel is located about 10 minutesā€™ walk from the Sapporo Station, which was convenient for getting around. A big plus is the Family Mart located right in the lobbyā€”super handy for snacks, drinks, and essentials. However, one downside was the limited laundry facilities. There are only three washing machines and dryers for the entire hotel, which made it quite inconvenient, especially for guests staying multiple nights.

A good, functional stay for those looking for clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The hotel is a bit of a walk (unsheltered from elements) from the main train station, think 10-15 minutes depending on your walking pace. Too close for a taxi ride, a bit far for those with lots of luggage. The only disappointment was how crowded it was - itā€™s extremely popular as a newly built hotel, and I actually had to wait 5-10minutes for a shower cubicle to open up in the public bath area (this was after 10PM). Laundry facilities are shared between male/female and comprise of 3 washer/dryer units. Aside from that, it was a comfortable stay.

Great stay

Amazing hotel! Since it is new everything was beautiful and clean. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are a great size too. The hotel even has washers and dryers so you can do laundry. The hotel room tv has a channel for so you can see if the washers and dryers are being used (super helpful). Would stay again!
