I had a great experience with my family. I booked a room for two, but two more family members ended up joining. The room was so spacious that two additional beds could easily fit. The room was clean, staff were helpful, and dining was excellent. I only wish that the hotel provides a public baths!

The hotel is well located at the centre of Sapporo Station area. It directly connected to the underground passage to Sapporo Central St. Even under snowy weather, we can move to the station without hassling.

Great hotel for visitors of Sapporo! The hotel was very conveniently located outside of Odori station exit 8 or a short 7-10 min walk from the main Sapporo station (you can walk the underground tunnel directly to the hotel or walk on street level). The staff were amazing. Super helpful, always cheery, and very patient.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Centrally located. Breakfast wasn’t included with our room. We paid ¥3,300 per person, and it’s worth every yen. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Sapporo again.

Airport bus service was great. Walking distance to Sapporo station, Odori Park, Sapporo TV Tower, Tanukikoji Shopping, Nijo Market, Susikino. Lots of places to eat close by.
