Great hotelโ€”very clean! Host is quick to respond to questions. Itโ€™s electronic self-check which Iโ€™d never done before but very efficient. Host was very kind and picked me up from the train station when I first arrived. He also gave me a ride to the ski resort when I checked out. Many thanks!

The hotel is super new, functional and stylish and the location around the corner close to the bus stop to the city is gorgeous. Above all the hosts are very friendly and welcoming, picked me up from the station and got me there on departure. If back in Otaru, this will be my place to stay!!
