Wish they were catering to business travelers

Too many issues - Couldn’t locate parking late night arrival. Watch your camera footage of me walking around your parking lots and property around midnight on Friday - Shower does not have access to turn faucet on to warm water before stepping in - WiFi went down in my room last night around 9pm - Connectivity issues in the room on iPhone T-Mobile - Missing breakfast voucher for today Your hotel isn’t set right for business travelers. Even on the leisure side I could have really used a jacuzzi after a grueling 12 hour day selling cigars Downtown Festival. Wish you the best. Some things can’t be fixed. I get it. You play the hand you are dealt with. I will say I slept very well. Bed was amazing. I guess that’s the only thing that matters to the weary!

My lamp didn’t work, and I asked for a bulb, but the maintenance man came and brought a bulb but it still didn’t work, so he brought me 2 nice new ones. It only took a few minutes.

Everything was good only complaint i habe was the one bartender at the Tikki bar the older lady was ignoring me and not giving me service but the other bartender the younger one notice it and came and took my orders. I dont want to say it was a race thing but i think it was. Other then that i will stay here again.
