Only 4.5 miles to Sarasota's courthouse. Publix Grocery is less than mile away with a Starbucks even closer should you not want to make your own with the provided coffee maker. Village Green Golf Club is just steps away, plus many restaurants are nearby (Pizza & Mexican!).

We have provided all basic kitchen utensils including small appliances, dishes, stemware, coffee cups etc. All the beds and furnishings are newer and ready to go. There is community laundry available and easy to use with an app located below this unit. No coins needed.

No Pets of any kind! No smoking or vaping inside the unit!
This is a 2 monthly minimum property so longer stays are welcome. HOA application required and needs a 20 day approval period. All family members can go on one application, but non-family members over the age of 18 need to be on a separate application with a separate fee. You need to fill it out and pass the background check before you can be given access. Allow about a week for this process. It's easy and we'll walk you through each step.
