Couldn't be happier about our stay!!! The check-in process was very easy and the host answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The place was easy to find along one of the main roads and although the buildings are older, they are well-maintained and so are the grounds. This studio unit is small (average for a studio), but it was perfect for two people and we still felt like we had enough space to roam about freely and not feel claustrophobic. It was very clean and updated nicely. All appliances worked great and the AC kept us nice and cool. The bed was cozy and there were two sleeping pillows per person (loved that). We were so thankful to have toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and plenty of towels upon arrival. There was also a nice-sized cooler provided, which we took to the beach every day. We appreciated that so much! The location of the unit within the property was quiet and felt secluded, which was great. The patio was a fun place to hang out and beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and beach towels were provided. This made walking to the beach a breeze. We walked less than 10 minutes to the public beach by the Ritz Carlton and it was very spacious and not a lot of people around. Found many shells and sand dollars. Our favorite beach spot was out from the corner of John Ringling Blvd and Benjamin Franklin Dr. There were not many people at that part of the beach, which made for great uninterrupted sunsets and an overall quiet, pleasant time.
