After reading the positive reviews I was expecting a decent (not great) stay. Unfortunately that was not the case at least not in our room 209. The room appeared clean visually, however the room had a thick smell of (for lack of better words stale, dirty, as well as lingering old cigarette smoke). Our clothes reeked after. We requested extra pillows for the room and the person at the front desk gave us pillows that were significantly stained and said they did not have any pillow cases. There were no clean towels brought during our stay.

The staff was VERY NICE. There was an issue with the in room refrigerator. The office offered to keep our perishables in theirs and replaced ours first thing the next day. The motel was conveniently located. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired.

The hotel is ran down, rooms had stained sheets and was not clean, especially the shower. You can hear everything going on outside, the gap between the front door and outside doesn’t help. The window did not lock so it didn’t feel. The prices are good but next time will pay a little more for clean and safe feeling.

The place was clean and staff was friendly - but the picture on my Expedia 'traveler's details' email was NOT the place we stayed! Please see your email w/ motel 6 picture that was sent to me!!! This place was exceedingly low-end, noisy, & room was exceptionally tiny. Note: Had to turn a/c off as it got incredibly loud in the middle of the night. Have no clue how anyone could rate this an 8.2 - which is what I went by when booking
