The rooftop bar offered a great view of the riverfront and marina. The self service beverage wall was a nice way to sample drinks and happy hour extended until 9:00 which was perfect.

Room size was great, staff very friendly and excellent location by the riverfront. In room lighting was dim and bathroom fan did not work otherwise the room was very nice.

I was advised over the phone day before traveling that we could get early check-in. We arrived approximately noon was advised room not available. Was advised room was occupied and would clean as soon as available. Our room was one of five rooms with balcony. Took them until after 2 pm to clean room. I guess because we used expedia we had no priority. We will never stay at another marriot property.

We enjoyed the central location in downtown Bradenton. We walked the waterfront promenade each morning and walked to dinner each evening. We liked getting a drink at the rooftop bar and appreciating the views from there. I liked that there was covered parking available at no charge about half a block from the hotel.

location and rooftop bar were excellent; staff was friendly; air-conditioning was out by 1 am on the second night but i could not move at 1 am so i stayed but did not sleep. I told the front desk that ac was an issue by all i received in response "was oh okay". I am not happy for paying for the next night
