The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and professional, and that is much appreciated. And it's all the more remarkable that they were so in the hectic holiday. At least the room I had was suffering from old furnishings, and the sofa was effectively unusable because it was so broken down. One of the two beds was also in very poor condition. The location is very good, adjacent to downtown, and so one might want to try this hotel and hope that my experience was an oddity.

The cook making breakfast was spectacular! The room was an average type of room and clean. It was nice to have the free drinks and snacks toward the evening. Live music played on Friday and Saturday. Loved that it was so close to so much in Saratoga Springs. The only down side was the uncomfortable couch in the room and the lack of self serve coffee that you would normally have at a hotel. Everything else was great!
