Savannah was great

When we got to our room and were looking at the beds, we pulled back the covers on the one queen and the sheets were very damp. Also the refrig was not working. We called the front desk and Savannah came up - she was GREAT! Instead of just changing the sheets, she pulled them off and checked the mattress itself and it was WET. So they upgraded our room at no extra cost. Thank you Savannah - you were great!

The room was spacious and clean, with ample storage. We thoroughly enjoyed it. ONE comment I would leave is: Perhaps have UNSCENTED options for toiletries as some people are very sensitive to smells. Same thought for public bathrooms and areas. Certain smells and perfumes (which are toxic as it is) are very bothersome for sensitive individuals and children. Thanks!

They advertise a hot tub but it has been removed. Location is great, staff was friendly but it’s the little things that get you. It’s $15/day to park your car and if you drink the water in your room it’s a $1. Seriously they give you water to go in a bag at the desk but charge you for the bottle in the room, silly! Like I said the location is fantastic and the workers were nice but just some of the small policies are silly!
